Really nice apartment/villa with a great pool and living areas, bedrooms etc and would recommend. Approx 25 min walk to Luz or short car ride. Lots of nice beaches and barely scratched surface of all beaches you can visit. Lovely beaches and beach bars and highly recommend visit to Lagos.

We loved this villa! It is very spacious and feels homely. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The front garden is beautiful and the lemons from the tree made a welcome addition to our evening gin and tonics!The pool and pool area is spacious with plenty of sunbeds and other seating. The bedrooms are good with air-conditioning and plenty of bathrooms. The walk into town was fine for us - a good 20 minutes, but it's easy to book an Uber if you don't fancy the walk, especially uphill on the way back! The only one small negative, was the road noise at busy times, but really didn't bother us.Overall, the best villa we have stayed in and we've been many times to Luz.

Villa is an ideal base if you have a group of friends or family staying in a peaceful residential area. Lots of space internally and externally. Kitchen very well stocked for cooking but also many good local restaurants a pleasant 15 -20 minutes walk away. We used Uber a lot rather than hire a car which worked really well. Welcome pack when we arrive was a nice surprise. Had a few maintenance issues to deal with during our stay which Ben the local maintenance guy did his best to resolve for us. Would recommend.

Beautiful villa, well located. Very walkable to the beach in less than 1/2 hour.Easy access from the airport. Our host provided clear information and responded quickly to our queries. The property was clean and well suited for our group of 8. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard and the pool. Overall, it was wonderful and would recommend.

We had a fabulous holiday staying in John's villa. The villa is extremely well equipped. Our grandchildren loved the pool and full sized snooker table. Beds were really comfortable. Linen changed once a week and pool also checked and serviced. We holidayed with our adult children and grandchildren and the villa suited all our needs perfectly. We would love to return in the future

The villa was lovely. The upstairs rooms were airy and bright and the lounge area too. The pool could do with a little TLC the steps were a bit loose and there were odd tiles falling into the pool. The villa was well equipped I would return and I would recommend.

Villa was great, spacious and had all the facilities you could need. It was further out than what we have had before but the walk was pleasant and walked off some sangrias !

The villa is amazing, it is clean and nicely decorated it is also well stocked with everything that you need for your holiday. The outdoor areas are well maintained. The swimming pool is a good size and is kept lovely and clean. The pool table was a nice surprise for us as there weren't any photos of it on the website. This villa made our holiday, and we couldn't fault it in any way. John was a great host, and he gave us all the information that we needed for our stay and the welcome pack òf refreshments that were left for us in the fridge upon our arrival were very much appreciated.

This house was perfect for us, a family of 5, with grown up children. It was clean and tidy at arrival, a lovely welcome pack waited for us in the kitchen. The beautiful front garden with the flowers and the lemon tree gave a feeling of beeing on holiday far from home. The pool area is nice and the pool was warm when we were there in mid June. Remember to cover it in the evening. The location is also good, not far away from the Luz beach. We walked most of the time to the village, but it is useful to have a car to be able to go to other beaches. We also did some hiking near the house by walking through the exclusive villa areas and down to the ocean were you can follow a coast trail either east or west. Beautiful views! The pool table was a plus for our young adults.

Amazing vacation home in Luz! Very clean and well-equipped. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We loved our stay there and would come back again.
