Stayed Jun 30, 2023Upon booking, the villa appeared promising. However, our stay was marred by several issues. Upon arrival, we noticed overflowing trash bins from prior guests. Despite our expectations, no one came to clear them, leaving us to manage our waste in an already congested space. To our dismay, upon departure, we were chided for leaving trash, despite our efforts to minimize waste and responsibly segregate recyclables. Additionally, a tropical storm damaged two sun umbrellas during our stay, for which we were unexpectedly charged 800 euros. While the property itself is picturesque, the nearby beaches were underwhelming, often dirty. This led us to drive an hour daily to pristine beaches like those in Nice, Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, or Cap d’Ail. In summary, our experience was less than satisfactory. While the property has potential, the issues we faced make it unlikely for us to return or recommend
