4 BR , Large Yard with HOT TUB, Fire pit,Basket ball hoop

The pictures are very deceiving because the home doesn’t match the neighborhood. I should have google mapped the address ahead of time. The inside of the home was comfortable but we didn’t go outside after dark. The house rules were reiterated to me several times about vehicles in the street and noise after 10:00pm, however there was a service van in front of the house the whole time so I’m glad we only had one vehicle. The neighbors were having a party on a Wednesday night that went way into the night past 10:00 but we were told noise travels. We didn’t feel comfortable using the hot tub because there is a camera on the back patio and holes in the fence between the VRBO and the neighboring house. I don’t like strangers seeing me in a swimsuit that is in a private yard. Also the downstairs toilet ran constantly so that was a slight inconvenience. I personally was not impressed and will not be staying again….

The host has communication leading up to our stay. We were disappointed that the hot tub was unavailable for use as that was not communicated to us ahead of time. There was no wood available for the fire pit, either. So, the opportunities to use the backyard were very limited. The main level toilet would only flush by removing the tank lid and physically lifting the handle.

The house was perfect for the 10 of us. We were there to relax and also be close to my granddaughter that was having surgery at Children’s. The ages ranged from 2 - 67. Love the open space concept. Everyone was able to talk and do other things. The backyard was perfect. Even with the rain we were able to set outside. Would stay there again.

We had a great experience. Property managers were very punctual in communication and helpful when needed. The property could have been a bit cleaner. The frying pans were put away dirty, the drawers had crumbs in them ect.. But, the majority was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was questionable, we were instructed by our Uber driver to not walk around at night, but we felt safe in the house and the nights were quiet except for Saturday night, the music at the neighbors were so loud we could hear it very clearly through all the rooms and continued to play until 3 am. The back yard was fun and true to its description. Very enjoyable. Overall it was a great stay!

The host was very communicative and the house was very clean and comfortable.

We stayed for a concert over in the park. The location was absolutely perfect for a quick drive or Lyft. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and had plenty of space to relax. The host was quick to respond and incredibly helpful when we needed to extend our stay.

This home was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described and check in and check out was easy. I appreciate the owners adding amenities to make this house comfortable.

Very clean and great place to stay. Highly recommend if you are staying in the downtown Dallas area.

This was a great place for our family get-together for the eclipse viewing. Loved the private yard and patio where we spent a lot of time. Lots of comfortable room indoors to hang out and watch tv. Highly recommend this home! Very responsive when we had a question.

Overall this place was really close to everything we wanted to do during our stay. There was lots of space for our large group that we didn't feel on top of each other. The place was very clean overall and the kitchen actually had enough mugs for everyone to have coffee. My biggest criticism is that the beds and pillows are not comfortable. They provide very little support. But for us that's not a huge deal.
