4-bedroom villa with solar heated pool

The home itself was nice and clean for the most part. They did have a problem with ants, roaches and spiders and it was obviously known because there were bait traps throughout the home. The kitchen faucet had what I believe was to be JB weld on it and I cut my hand in it twice. The pool was not clean and had algae in it. We also found bandaids on the walls of them home. When entering the neighborhood it was very nice and kept up, the yard was nice and when entering the home it was nice. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was clean. There were plenty of towels and washcloths for our large family as well. We made the best of it. We did not call the manager to complain but they had a paper evaluation form to give at the end of our stay that we completed. Also, when we originally booked our stay we had a different home and was ask if we would like to upgrade at no extra cost and we agreed. I never got the invoice the manager had sent to me and I emailed him 3 times, after the third time he was rude and made the statement “for the third time” I have emailed the invoice to the provided email in which I did receive. We probably won’t book through them again.

The check in/out process is very easy, the house was just what we needed for a week away from the cold! A washer and dryer are not listed under the amenities but the home does have one! House was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We had a relaxing stay!

The house was clean and comfortable in lovely surroundings. The kitchen was well-stocked and the pool was great. Great rental. Thank you.

The property met all of our expectations and was as listed. Very clean and quiet neighborhood situated on a golf course. Only down side was shopping was a few miles away. Would definitely stay again and would also recommend.

The house was excellent for out purposes. Lots of room. Very clean and the pool was a big hit with the grand kids.

overall experience here was great. Management attended to all of our needs in a timely manner. Rooms were very beautiful and clean. Although lights in pool didn't work, we definitely enjoyed all of our pool time. Thank you for the stay.
