After spending 3 years restoring and renovating this traditional farmhouse, we have brought its facilities into the 21st century and created a comfortable home whilst retaining the essentially Italian character we originally fell in love with. With spacious accommodation designed for up to 10 people, the property has a swimming pool, large sun terraces and a shaded veranda. It is set in 8 acres of farmland, with olive, nut and fruit trees, which guests are free to pick in season. It nestles on the side of a small valley, looking out to the Adriatic Sea, just 1km from the historic village of Montefiore dell’Aso and about 20 minutes drive from the beaches of the Adriatic coast and an hour from the Sibillini mountains. This is a holiday destination for those who want to completely unwind.
