Stayed Sep 9, 2023This property is two twin homes located right off the boardwalk of the beach. Walking distance to most shops and restaurants. Very safe location!

Stayed May 31, 2023The villa is in a fantastic spot. We could walk to to everything or stay home and enjoy the sunset from one of the decks. Hans was very helpful and responded to all of my questions before the trip very quickly. He arranged a driver for us from the airport, so we arrived with no worries. Elaine, the caretaker, is very kind and helpful. Her husband is also lovely and drove us to another beach and gave us a short tour of the area. We had plenty of room in the house to relax and enjoyed cooling off in the afternoons in the small pool on the roof. If we ever return to Pipa, we will definitely hope to stay here again.

Stayed Apr 14, 2019Location, location. The property has to be in the best location to enjoy the beach and the view. It is right on the beach. The accommodations were well appointed and furnished. Just a great place and very secure. Air condition worked well for the bedrooms. The caretakers who live below were very helpful and great to have around. The husband owns a taxi and took us for a wonderful tour. The drivers that Hans set up for us to get to and from the airport were great. Pipa Beach Club next door was a great place to eat and convenient. Everyone was so gracious. We highly recommend this vacation home. Please note that the price noted on the home page is for one of two connecting villas.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very few places in the world like the right edge of Pipas main beach, and the SURUCUA house allows the guests to take the best of it. Spacious, certainly builted from an expensive architecture office plan, well equipt, clean and Hans (owner) is allways available to reply all the messages and keeps constant contact with his crew in order to solve anything concerning the comfort of the guests. tks Hans. We'll be back soon. **wife, mother, kids are all over me to go back still in this year.

Stayed Mar 12, 2016We stayed at Pipa in this house from MArch 12 to March26. we had a really greast time there, the house is beutifull is just like the pictures are posted, the location can´t be better, and has all the amenities you might need and more. Eliane and her family are great and help us a supported us in everything we needed. I really recomend this house, and definitely willbe there next time I go to Pipa thanks Hans for renting this beutifull house!
