Stayed Oct 25, 2023If you are looking for a cozy place to stay with your family this is the right choice. The house offers enough space for 2 families (8PAX) and offers a lot of toys for babies, kids and parents. We could highly recommend it.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023The house is quietly located approx. 20mins walk/5mins drive from the charming centre of Fayence (the nearest Boulangerie is 8mins walk - perfect in the mornings!). Check-in/out was simple and the local house manager came to make sure we were settled on the first evening. We were 2 families staying for 1 week with kids aged 5 to 10 and the ample space both inside and out meant we never felt on top of each other. Inside, the house is pretty much as described and pictured in the listing. You have everything you need here for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The weather was extremely warm when we stayed and the air conditioning in all of the bedrooms was excellent! The outside area didn't quite live up to our expectations... The pool was ok - not the biggest/nicest we have experienced, but good enough. There must have been a wasp nest near to the pool when we stayed, but this was more of an irritation than a problem! The main disappointment was the lawned areas (of which there are many with this property!). There was very little of the lush, green grass shown in the pictures and instead a lot of rough weeds - not at all pleasant to walk on bare-footed. This was especially bad on the main lawn between the house and pool. I can only assume there was a problem with the irrigation at some point and the grass simply died... hopefully this will be fixed soon, since we felt it let down the otherwise lovely property.

Stayed Aug 18, 2018The villa was beautiful, with a gorgeous pool that the kids enjoyed. The house is well equipped and has everything you would need for an amazing holiday. The local area is very pretty and the coast is only a short drive. Hope to come back next year.
