3*Var Villa, Les Issambres sea 350m, heated swimming pool, 5 bedrooms, 10 people

We had a fantastic stay! We were a family of 6 adults aged between 21 and 74. The biggest advantage of the house is the large separate rooms, almost all with their own bathroom. The outdoor area with the pool is absolutely lovely – sunshine all day! The location is excellent, with just a 5-minute walk to the beach via a convenient staircase and 5 minutes to the supermarket. Corinne, whom we’ve been in contact with, is very helpful and friendly.All in all, we all agree that this is one of the best stays we've ever had!

The villa is well-appointed, conveniently situated and well equipped for a large family group like ours. It’s in a superb location and a fine environment with sea and picturesque sites to visit close by.

The architecture of the house is beautiful typical Provence style. The kitchen was well equipped. The living room/dinning room area is small and cramped the table is large the sofa only accommodates 3 people comfortably so not adequate for a house that sleeps 10. The outdoor sitting area is very comfortable and shaded there is a big table outside for outdoor meals nice kitchen as well. The pool is very clean a bit cool, surrounded by nice comfortable lounge chairs. The yard is a bit over grown needs a bit of TLC. It is a nice area but with a bit of road noise, 10 mn walk to large grocery store 25mn to other shops, a good bakery and a market on Monday.

We had a terrific time at villa Manacora. The house was perfect for two families with room to spare. We especially loved the outdoor area, with a great pool and outdoor kitchen. The proximity to the beach and Saint Maxime 10 minutes away makes it a perfect holiday getaway. I can strongly recommend it! Magnus Skoog with family.

We stayed here for one week with the family. In total we were with 10 people. The place was amazing. The house was clean, no problems, the pool excellent. We had nothing to complain everything went well, from our welcome to leaving. We had a perfect stay and would love to come back!

We stayed here this summer and the property is fantastic! There are 4 good size bedrooms with queen beds that were incredibly comfortable and it was amazing to fall asleep at night listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. The sunrise and sunsets were incredible and here you get the best of both worlds. The lake views are the best you can ask for and we sat outside for all of our meals on the covered porch watching the storms come through, boats go by, and people fishing. The dock is great to tie a boat up to and they have a jetski lift and floating raft to hang out on. We had campfires at night and took the boat over to the nearby sandbar where we spent full days. About a 30 min boat ride to Wolfboro and Laconia where we watched fireworks on friday night. Also they have a great card table and big screen TV upstairs where we watched movies as a family and played games. We had a Great meal at Ellacoya Barn and Grille http://www.barnandgrille.com/ which is 10 min car ride and we also ate breakfast at a small coffee shop in alton bay. One of the most relaxing and rejuvenating getaways we have had in years and you are close to enough things if you want to go out for a night or choose to eat in every night!

Villa très belle extérieurement, totalement close, avec verdure, arbres, pool-house, piscine magnifique. Intérieur de la maison spacieux, équipement ménager top, confort maximum, villa proche de la mer et en même temps dans un lieu très calme, idéal pour prendre du bon temps avec enfants ou non. Tout est agencé de façon à ce que 10 personnes cohabitent en parfaite harmonie. Entretien intérieur et extérieur de qualité par des professionnels. Commerces à proximité qui permettent de s'y rendre à pied. Je recommande vivement cette villa pour une location à toute personne groupe souhaitant profiter du soleil, de la mer piscine, de la quiétude du lieu, et enfin passer de vacances parfaites!!!!!

The 4 bedrooms are quite wide. Heating system and hot water worked perfectly. Unfortunately we could't use the swimming pool due to weather conditions, but it's very nice. The location of the villa is absolutely gorgeous (close to the sea) and you can reach the house easily. The car park is not covered but it's private and it can contain some cars. The owners and the concierge are friendly and polite. Of course we'll be back, maybe in summer.
