3BR Palmetto Dunes villa in beautiful, tranquil neighborhood-walk/bike to beach!

This was by far one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed in. The villa in this safe family friendly oceanfront resort could not have been any better! It was very clean, well designed, and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable! There was convenient access to the beach, and fun bike rides on the scenic shaded paths alongside the lagoons, golf course and on the beach as well. The kids enjoyed stopping at the resort general store for souvenirs, snacks and ice cream. The host was also attentive and easy to get in touch with. We would definitely return again!

Diana the host was fantastic. She texts me to make sure that all was good. Rooms were very large and the Beds were so comfortable. Laundry was very convenient. Washer and Dryer nice.

Our stay at this Palmetto Dunes property was excellent! The house is beautifully appointed, offering all the beach comforts and warmth of home. It felt welcoming, with every essential thoughtfully provided. Communication with the host was inviting and the information booklet about the home and community were especially thoughtful, making the entire experience seamless. While extremely familiar with the island as a hometown, we found the guidance and recommendations offered to be great highlights of the island that will offer any guest an amazing time. We hope to return again!

ReviewOur family had a wonderful week!Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean! The beds and linens were all very comfortable. The owner provides many amenities that most do not. Extra beach towels, beach chairs, crockpot, and an air fryer just to name a few! She thinks of everything to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible! The community pool is very close in proximity to this villa, which was very convenient with kids. We will definitely be back to beautiful Hilton Head!

This property had everything we needed for our family vacation, right down to everything being labeled, so you knew where to return it to. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to the beach. Our family truly enjoyed ourselves.

Honestly this review might be lengthy, but worth the read. Our stay on this property was fantastic. This was our first VRBO rental and it did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in I had nothing but smiles. I like to cook some meals on our stay and the kitchen had everything and more. I’m a creature of habit to bring extra things I don’t think a place will have such as spices, lime squeezer, Tupperware for leftovers, little used utensils and cocktail glasses. Diana had everything. The property was beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were spacious, plenty of closet and drawer space. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with everything needed. The beds were the best! The mattresses were so comfortable. The appliances were all top notch, Electrolux washer and dryer, Bosch dishwasher and Samsung refrigerator and oven. Big surprise there! The laundry closet was full of towels, laundry items, vacuum, ironing board and iron. I’m not use to having that on vaca, so all of that was a bonus! The game cabinet was stocked well. Our teens, 14,15’s and 16 actually spent time playing them. The pool was right behind the unit so the walk there was 2 minutes or less. Very nice pool with plenty of chairs and a clean bathroom. The neighborhood was quiet, relaxing and 120% a place that I will stay at again! The beach was great also. Ride, bike or drive, you won’t be disappointed. We loved it! Thanks Diana!!!!! I didn’t know it would be this easy and enjoyable.

Everything from start to finish was better than I imagined. Very clean. Owners made us feel extremly welcomed and supplied us with all of the neccessities. The rental was comfortable and close to everything we wanted. We would unquestionably rent from them again. Thank you!

We highly recommend this Condo. The owners have thought of all the little details to make your stay comfortable. Their home is cutely decorated , very clean and very comfortable. We only had a couple questions about the WiFi and the owner was quick to respond. We had a great stay!

Met up at HH with youngest son, his wife and daughter from CA had a great time watching our granddaughter play par golf on three PD courses.

Property was well stocked and clean. Comfortable beds. Beach was accessible. We did walk it but when we actually went to spend time at the beach with gear, we drove. Owner was communicative and helpful. Would recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Our family loves absolutely everything about this unit! Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, well-managed and prompt communication from owner. Plenty of beach towels, fully-equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and the cutest kids’ bunk room! The owner has thought of everything and it SHOWS. Palmetto Dunes is such a relaxing community with easy access to the beach and so many on-site amenities. We also love the pool that’s literally right behind the condo. This is the premier area on Hilton Head. Restaurant options are abundant and there are so many areas to discover within a small radius. This was our second time renting this unit and definitely won’t be our last! Thank you, Diana!

The villa was just as it looked on Vrbo! Very nice! Plenty of room for a family of 8. Would definitely book this villa again.
