3Bed with a private pool at near beach

Second time I have stayed in these units. Everything worked fine and there were no issues until February 20th when a day long rain storm resulted in water entering the main floor through a ceiling pot light and water running down the interior wall behind the wall mounted tv set. Staff were quickly on hand to clean up the water on the floor and the counter. The unit was clean and comfortable and the cleaning girls were amazing as was the young man who helped get the main level tv working and helped me when I was having issues getting it to work. Weather was great most of the time and my wife and I really enjoyed our time at Coconut Laguna. Loved the local merchants and restauranteurs who were all so friendly and easy to deal with. Loved the beach and its lack of crowds. We may be back in 2026 for our fourth visit. Colyn and Sydney Pountney.

We had a lovely stay in this Villa (April 2022). The villa was clean and had everything you needed. Right next to the beach and some lovely restaurants within walking distance. The house manager was so helpful and went out of her way to arrange anything you needed from taxis to day trips. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again

Our stay at Yongil's place was absolutely perfect. The villa is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The kitchen is very well equipped and the fridge is stocked with essentials (tea, sugar, milk, juice, etc) when you first arrive! We had smooth communication with the host who was very responsive and also with the house manager (nicki) who was always ready to assist whenever we needed her. The villa was suitable for us - we were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). I do not think this would be ideal for a family of 6 adults though. The swimming pool is a good size for kids, but you have to be careful that kids don't run too close to it as it can get slippery. We loved frequenting the lovely Thai restaurant just across the road from the villa. They even delivered the food to us one night. And we also had the services of a Thai chef (at extra cost) to come cook at the villa. The beach is a 1 minute walk away and very tranquil and secluded. The sunsets at the beach were a must-watch! It wasn't very easy to get taxis on the main road because they were few and far in between. Often we had to walk for 20 mins or more to secure one. You can easily resolve this by taking the phone number of a taxi driver (which we did) and ask for a pick up when you need it. The local Family Mart was a 5 minute walk so that was very convenient for daily groceries! Overall, this was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend staying here if you are a party of between 2-4 people looking for a quiet, restful almost-on-the-beach villa.
