The villa is distributed in 3 heights. The main floor consists of a spacious living room, large fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 1 w.c.

The upper part consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and1 w.c. and the lower part 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

The exterior has a large terrace equipped with garden furniture where you can enjoy lunch and dinner, built-in barbecue, large private pool, parking and garage.

Just a few steps away we find the secluded Cala del Portixolet, very suitable for diving and fishing. It is hidden in a cliff and we access it by going down a staircase.

    Great communication from staff, prime location, and very clean pool. Heated pool during cooler months would be great.
