3379 Villa Portichol Amanecer

Villa was excellent and very well equipped. Pool was very good. Communication with BTB Alquileres was quite poor with only one notice at the property. Would recommend anyone thinking of booking the property to make sure they book with Villa Plus, the other company managing the property. We didn’t get the key code until almost 4pm on our check in day and had to ask for it then, even though we had asked for an earlier check in. On arrival we could only find 5 of the 7 bedrooms and, after communicating with BTB, it turned out that they were locked and the cleaner had to come and unlock for us. Not a very good start but once sorted we all had a great time. Property is in a very quiet location but only about 10 minutes walk to beaches, shops, bars etc. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant property pool was brilliant for the wanes and a great location

Very nice villa in an ideal location.BUT not suitable for people with mobility issues, - too many steps up to the villa.We had a family holiday of three generations, (11 people in total), aged 4 to 74.The villa location is perfect, halfway between El Portet beach and Moraira town, - a few minutes’ walk to each, and there were good views from the villa.The pool was enjoyed by all, especially the two youngest, although a little chilly in April.Plenty of parking for the cars, and the hosts were very helpful.Highly recommended, and we would stay again in the future.Tony

The property is in a great position. It’s very dated and not changed over 11 years. Cleanliness is poor and the kitchen especially needs attention. The sofa is old and stained. Also bed sheets are old and marked. Had to ask for more mugs as there were only 7 for 12 adults. Great position but needs to be updated throughout.

Great villa with a fabulous pool. Well located for access to the beaches and town but a bit of an uphill walk home! Moraira was lovely, although getting out of it wasn't easy without a big taxi fare, would recommend having a car.

This villa has everything you need , location is excellent we needed a villa for 12 for a wedding in el portet and this was just the place . Only thing I would say is some bits looking a bit tired.

First, we had a great holiday. The managers BTB where fantastic the few issues we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The location was good and Moraira is a great little town. However, the Villa is old and very worn and in desparate need of a refubishment, this is not apparent from the particulars. Also, the Villa is not suitable for young children or people with mobility issues due to the many steps without handrails, again this is not apparent from the particulars.

Lovely villa, in great town

This house is a really great house with everything you need for relaxing and having fun. We arrived to a clean and very nice house and everything was ready for us. The communication with the rental agency was great and informative and during our stay they contacted us and asked if everything was okay. There were a few minor things with the house but the next day a technician was in the house to fix it. The location of the house is also perfect. With a short walk we were at the beach or in the city. We had two really great weeks in the house and we will give our best recommendations and we really hope to be back one day Only thing which could be improved is the speed of the internet connection. This was too slow when you have several people, incl. teenanger's using it at the same time.
