3378 Villa Portichol Alto

The location was excellent and the villa on the whole was great. It would have been nice for the provision of some basic items such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, hand soap etc. There were also no pool towels provided - I naively saw some in villa photos positioned on the loungers and assumed they were provided. I also asked (and paid) for the pool to be heated however even when it was set to 28C it never got above 24.5C. The heating was not running for a few hours each day and not at all overnight which probably prevented it getting warmer.

The pictures of the property do not do it justice. The outdoor spaces were great; pool is big, the terrace with dining table was great, the bbq area was good and we loved the table tennis and pool table. The rooms were all generous and full of hanging space and drawers and really well air conditioned. If I’m being super piccie; leaving some very basic provisions for people flying in would be great… like hand soap, tea and coffee, salt and pepper etc just a small amount to help settle people in.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The check in process was easy and the villa set up really great. Perfect for 3 families, with plenty of space. I would recommend this others but would suggest that the owners think about providing more entertainment for kids (pool toys etc), and also think about replacing the tiled deck area and steps as it gets very slippery when wet (which is dangerous with your children).

We travelled as a family to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday. The villa had plenty of space for eight of us. Our grandchildren loved the pool where our 6 year old grandson learned to snorkel in safety before visiting the nearby cove for a perfect open water snorkelling experience, with many fish and even an octopus! The villa has a lovely view of the sea and is in a perfect location only 10 minutes walk to clean sandy beaches. Although close to many restaurants and bars the villa is in a very quiet, tranquil location. It was a treat to eat breakfast and some of our other meals on the terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. We just had to take some extra care with our two young grandchildren as the floor around the pool and inside the villa can be very slippery with only a few drops of water. BTB provide an excellent service all the way from confirming our booking to taking care of a couple of (very minor) problems during our stay. Their response to any queries was always swift and courteous. Any of the team who visited to take care of the pool or deliver a replacement kettle were very friendly and helpful. The villa was immaculately clean when we arrived. We will certainly book through BTB again. The cost of Wi-fi should be included as it's such a fundamental service today. We didn't understand the need to request bedding and towels with the booking as we would assume these would normally be assumed when booking a villa. Maybe just add all of these into the basic offering. Otherwise we were very pleased with BTB's service. Thank you.

The villa was everything we hoped it would be. Plenty of room for our family of 10. Situated within walking distance from the centre of Moraira, with lists of bars, restaurants & shops.

The villa was very spacious and perfect for our family stay. It had a downstairs bedroom which was perfect for someone with mobility issues (although there are stairs up to the property.... Beware!) And a smaller kids bedroom. There was a pool table and ping pong table for rainy days and lots of books! We were let down by our letting agent btb who didn't provide us the entry code for the key box which meant even though we arrived at the villa at 7.30pm we spent 3 hours trying and failing to contact them before calling villa plus who were exceptional in helping us get access. We have not had acknowledgement or apology from btb which put a damper on the holiday! If you're arriving after hours, my advice is to ignore their instructions of contacting them via WhatsApp when you arrive and get the code early in the day!

Hemos pasado los días de noche vieja en esta casa y hemos pasado unos grandes días. Sin duda lo recomendaríamos Nos ha faltado tener más papel higiénico ya que éramos mucho y creo que es un detalle que fuera aportado de parte del alojamiento y las luces de fuera de la piscina no funcionan sería genial tener más luz en la zona de billar para poder gastar esa zona más. Por lo demás todo fue genial
