We had a beautiful view from our third floor balcony overlooking the playground area and the ocean. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It was so nice to have Pickleball courts and bike rentals available on the property. It is such a convenient location... Close to shopping, good restaurants, and wonderful bike trails. Just a couple of suggestions for updates: it would be nice to have a Keurig coffee maker, and the blender needs to be replaced. Other than that, we absolutely loved it.

Wonderful stay at this ocean view property on HHI. Clean condo with everything needed for a great stay! The proximity to the beach was awesome! Thanks for the pool towels as well.

Property was just as described. The view was beautiful and everything was spotlessly clean. Beds were also comfy!

Reviewer Comments: Was excited for the trip, but when we arrived we were disappointed to find several issues right as we checked in. The freezer ice maker had a note on it saying it would not produce much ice. Under the beds and furniture were clothing items, dust and food and sand. The clothes washer was badly molded. Condo stayed very warm and humid with the air requested to stay on 70 degrees. Overall room was very drab and didnt have a home like feeling as many other condos we have stayed at there before always seem to have. Still like the Island club but will know to avoid this room in the future.

We love staying at Island Club, and we have been staying with them for years and renting through different agencies. Wholeheartedly, I can honestly say, renting through Hilton Head Rentals, particularly Mark, was the easiest rental I have ever been involved with in my 26 years of coming to the island. I am so appreciative! Thank you to Mr. Mark!!!

My only complaint is that there was no way to secure the door from the inside. There was the keypad lock, but no deadbolt on the inside where someone with a code couldn't come in.
