Stayed Jun 8, 2025Rug needs to be deep cleaned along with mouldings and floors mopped. My 1 year old daughter was crawling around and her knees were black with filth from the floor. Mattress has a big divot in the middle of it so you slowly sink down to the middle of the bed. Very uncomfortable to sleep on for 5 nights. Otherwise place is updated and great location.

Stayed Mar 23, 2025Condo is decorated very nice and love the location! The view from the balcony was nice if you stood, sitting down, the railing was in direct view of the ocean, taller chairs would be nice. We arrived around 11pm on Sunday and were making up the pull out couch we noticed sand and a dirty mattress cover, then looking for a pillow case we finally found one but was dirty or at best it was stained, finally found another clean one. The extra bed pillows we found were stained, and found spots of either dirt or something stained on the blanket under the comforter on the master bed. There were dishes left in the dishwasher, might have been clean but a couple looked like they were dirty. Either way, having to put dishes away before even using them seemed silly. I had sent a message to the property owner that night to let them know the status of the condo and what we found, didn’t hear back until the next afternoon. (We had also messaged them the day before we left asking a couple simple questions about what was supplied and didn’t hear from them until they responded to our complaint. They said I should have called to let them know or to ask questions.). We did get a call later that afternoon/evening and when we spoke to the representative he offered to bring us new linens, but we had already found non dirty items, so he stated he would credit us the cleaning fee for the cleaning issues we found, that was on Monday, it is now Sunday and we haven’t seen the refund.
