This is a two story villa with the kitchen, dining area and living room all located downstairs with an open floor plan that's perfect for gathering. The living room does have a sleeper sofa to allow 2 more people to sleep. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a King bed and the second bedroom also has a King bed. Both bedrooms each have their own private bath. This unit is close to historic, downtown Fernandina, with its diverse restaurants, shops, and galleries. This beach getaway is a relaxing vista to escape to and a great place to make memories with family and friends!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was as described. It was spacious with a great view. We loved all the walking trails. I would have preferred to be closer to the beach. The property was the furthest south we had ever stayed on the island, so it was fun to explore new places.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place needs to be updated. All original bathrooms, no tv in either bedroom. The second bedroom has no curtains! Have rented with Amelia Rental on several occasions and this by far was the least desirable. Need to consider taking this out of the rental pool until owners make some upgrades.

Our condo was comfortable and nicely furnished and supplied. The reservation process was simple and easily accomplished with a short lead time.

Overall it was a o.k. place but would not stay again in same condo.
