3 minutes to Beach - 5 minutes Hotel Area - Relaxing villa with pool in Malmok!

The house was a perfect place for seven of us of all ages to enjoy. It was clean. It was spacious and Daniel was so awesome at communicating and accommodating us. I would recommend this house to anyone and look forward to staying there again.

Everything about my stay was excellent. The poolside seating was very comfortable, and the laundry service was quick and met all my needs. Overall, a great experience!

Daniel, Daniel Daniel. He is property rep and he is outstanding Courteous, prompt and very helpful. The few questions we had were answered very quickly. His restaurant recommendations were very helpful. No problems with the property as a result of his diligence. If I owned property in Aruba I would insist on Daniel managing the property. He needs a raise!

Stay was AMAZING as usual. Live working with Danielle, he makes the checking in and out process so easy. Always available and easy to contact before and during the stay. The house provides literally everything that’s needed. Everyone was able to spread out and enjoy the home. My favorite spot is the backyard. I can rest poolside all vacation! This is a pretty good place to stay for the price. Our host Daniel was very easy to communicate with before and during the stay. He even made a couple recommendations for a local place to eat (Dasha, which was VERY good for the price) and a place to tour. Overall, the house was well appointed. Plenty of bath and beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, kitchen supplies, etc. We cooked several meals at the house and it had everything we wanted (pots, pans, baking sheets, baking utensils, storage containers, etc.). It also has a nice gas grill that was SUPER clean and worked really well. We've stayed at several different houses on the island and found the pool was smaller than most. But, it was still big enough for seven of us to cool off at one time or just the five kids play their games. The outside furniture was in good shape as well. The days we were there it was windier than usual, but the back porch area had a wind screen and that helped calm things in the porch area. The house was cleaner than most others we've stayed in, but I think it may have been a little newer as well, so it hasn't had time for the tile grout to discolor or the caulk to fade. The only downside was the master bathroom shower didn't have HOT water; it was warm, but not HOT. They also expect limited water and electric usage. They document the meter readings and check them before you leave. We did not go over the water, but did a little on electricity, so be conscience of consumption.

My family and I had a wonderful week in Aruba and couldn’t have picked a more perfect home. The house was beautiful and clean! The washer and dryer come in so handy, along with beach chairs and coolers being provided! Our family of three along with a friends family of 4 had plenty of room and enjoyed our time not only at the beach but also hanging on the patio!

House was clean and had all the amenities. Very roomy for a family of 9. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Beach towels, chairs supplied. Outdoor area and pool was lovely. Owner was wonderful. Check in/out was easy. Would definitely return!

Our stay covered 9 nights October7 to 16, 2024 with 6 adults. Some minor confusion on locating the home; however, once we understood the house numbering and learning there were two different entrance roads all worked well. The home is accurately depicted in the VRBO listing. The home was very clean. Spacious kitchen area with a great supply of silverware, dishes, glasses and cups. Nice touch was the coffee grounds and tea bags to get the group through the first morning. Seating was adequate in living room and dining area table very comfortable for the group for eating and game play. There is a large covered patio and the pool was great for relaxation when we were not at the beaches. Bedrooms met the needs intended and no one had any complaints about the beds or having any challenges sleeping. The only unusual issue was the shared bathroom does not have any electrical outlets to use for any electrical need. House is protected by an alarm system that is controlled by a fob for convenience when exiting and entering the home. We parked the rented car (which we strongly recommend) safely inside the parking area that has a gate covering the home entrance. Communication with management group was very good. Having 6 beach chairs and beach towels made thee trips to the beach enjoyable. And having a washer/dryer was wonderful. One concern that we notified the management group is a leak in master bathroom. My family and I decided to extend our stay two extra days and booked this home. OMG we are so happy we did and at this beautiful home. We didn’t leave the backyard. Very spacious, clean, and easy drive to the beach. Daniel our check in manager is as always amazing. This our second time with one of his properties and check in and out was a breeze. Communication was stellar. Thanks for making our trip extension the BEST EVER!!!

Nice house with many amenities, very spacious, very clean and well equipped. Pool and outside seating area is a big plus. Easy communication and check-in/check-out. Only surprise was that the cleaning fee needed to be paid onsite.
