3 Bedroom Villa with pool in the countryside near the sea.

Great space and location to explore the area. Great communication from owner and Ivan who met us at the property. Comfortable beds and very clean pool.

Mark's Villa was everything we was hoping it would be. The Villa is private enough not to be looked in on from neighbours but close enough to all the local amenities. 4 minute drive to a beautiful sandy beach, local towns for restaurants within 10 minutes and a coop supermarket 15 minutes away. We spent everyday in the pool, which is perfect to cool off in. We loved staying at the Villa so much, we are already planning on when we can return.

Right from my initial contact enquiry, through to the end of our stay, Mark’s communication was excellent. He answered all of my questions and provided lots of great tips. The property itself is fantastic. Well equipped with everything you need and the photos don’t do it justice. The bedroom arrangement worked well for us, with my Mum and daughters downstairs - easy access to the pool for her early swim - and us upstairs. The pool is amazing and kept really clean by the lovely Ivan who is also really helpful. We also used the bbq which provides a nice evening in for some night swimming! The villa is a great place to explore. We used the local beaches and spent a lot of evenings in Torre San Giovanni which has a great vibe and a good choice of bars and restaurants. We also visited Felline, Gallipoli, Santa Maria di Leuca, and our favourite by night - Otranto which is an hour away. Overall I would highly recommend Villa Peebles for a combination of relaxation, family fun and exploring Southern Puglia. Thank you Mark for a wonderful holiday.

Communication with the Owner was quick, clear and easy. On arrival we were met by the pool cleaner/caretaker who was really friendly and explained everything fully to us, including where to find the cheap vs expensive supermarkets. The villa was in a great rural location surrounded by olive groves. The noisiest thing was the cicadas. Mark was incredibly helpful when our flight got changed last minute. Would definitely book again.

Villa Pebbles is located in the countryside just a short walk to the beach and village of Torra Mozza. We hired a car so travelled further up to Ostuni, Trulli town of Alberabello and Castro. The house was very comfortable with everything you need. There was a great outdoor space with BBQ and the pool was just the best and kept really well. It’s a great spot for touring the local area. Great restaurants also in Torra san Giovanni. We enjoyed a really chilled holiday here and would highly recommend it .

Loved the short walk straight from the door through olive grove and quiet lane to the beach. The beaches in Salento were very busy but this part was delightfully quiet. The pool was fabulous; spectacular sunsets on the terrace overlooking it. Another huge plus was the uninterrupted views - no neighbours!!! Air conditioning worked beautifully. What a lovely place to unwind for a week!

Had a wonderful week- really enjoyed the pool and amenities in the villa were very convenient. Fabulous organic veg growing around the gardens which we could help ourselves to. Relieved that we had air con units in all bedrooms as it was very hot! Lots of mosquitos around so got lots of bites. Also, the villa is split into 2 levels, and weren’t expecting this- the steps going down were very steep and narrow so glad we didn’t have the folks with us this time or else they would’ve struggled with this. Also if you have young kids, this would be tricky unless you all sleep downstairs. It suited us ok as we had 2 older kids who didn’t mind being on their own downstairs at night. Owner was fabulous at sorting out any minor issues very promptly- this minimised any disruptions. Guy called Ivan handed us the keys etc and he was brilliant- such a nice man! Really pleased we picked this villa- thank you Mark and family!
