Stayed Apr 1, 2026This was by far the worst vacation rental I have ever booked. The host did not reach out once during our stay; not even to ensure that we checked in ok. The house had a bad odor of possibly sewage back up due to the downstairs bathroom. The place was not clean and the furniture is outdated and on its last leg. Additionally, the kitchen area is infested with sugar ants. We encountered two large flying cockroaches during our 1 week stay. The host was made aware of our issues via Vrbo and did nothing to try and reconcile.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025We encountered issues with the A/C in the master bedroom upon arrival but the host was very responsive and had a technician out within 24 hours. The house was nice but updates/upgrades are needed. My family enjoyed their stay.
