End up staying here for the reserved five nights reluctantly because the owner refused to refund us two last nights! This place is a jungle. When we arrived we noticed that the plants were growing so big everywhere that we couldn’t even access properly to the third bedroom. There were leaves everywhere on the ground and it looked messy. The grass was growing tall and other parts there was no grass at all, only dirt. Not really looking all that nice! We also noticed that the pool wasn’t operating, they told us that it operates a part time of the morning and a part in the afternoon. It was clear that the chemicals they were using in this pool weren’t in the healthy limits; our doughters blond hair turned all green and the kids were complaining that the pool water makes their face hurt! The outside shower floor was absolutely disgusting. It looked like somebody had puked there, there was ants and other insects crawling. We didn’t want to use the outside shower at all during our time here although the housekeeping tried to clean it. Everyday we found several cockroaches and other crawling insects in our bedrooms and toilets! Also there was some animal living inside the roof structure... there was a hole bitten through the inside roof in one of the bedrooms. The personnel came and they put a piece of plastic bag to cover that. The animal sounded to be a mouse or a rat! There were droppings also on the bathroom floor. The mosquito nets were dirty and there were holes. There were also junk, dirt, droppings etc on the top of the nets! We reported everything to the villa manager since our arrival by the villa phone and they tried to do some cleaning. But this obviously wasn’t enough since the villa is really in bad shape and poorly managed! The only good thing in this place is the location but you can find a lot of places around so I definitely wouldn’t stay here again and I surely won’t recommend staying here! It’s really not worth the money! Also it was really strange to hear that we were the first ones to complain about anything in this villa. I seriously doubt this! This time in Bali we visited all together in seven places. We travel a lot during a year. We are not picky and we don’t want to complain about things unless it’s absolutely necessary. We want to stay in places without any excessive inconveniences. We were really dissaptointed in our stay here and the whole attitude of the owner!

The villa is charming. Not top notch new and luxurious, it is a bit worn out but extremely clean and comfortable. For its price i will say that it is really value for money. It has a good sized pool, 3 bedrooms and a patio good for family gatherings for eating together. Communication with Peta was efficient, prompt and friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze. Housekeeping came when required at our own comfortable timing. Location was the best as it was just across the beach and spas, restaurants were just along the road. Artotel beach club was just across the street and Circle K was just a foot away to stock up on your last minute necessities. Sindhu market was a 10 minutes walk from the villa which was great for dinner. Overall we were happy.
