★3 Bedroom, Holiday Detached villa with Private Pool, Beach nearby in Albufeira

Nice villa but let down by minor issues. Pool filters were noisy due to low water level. Parasols were both broken and had to fix one myself. Outside light not working. Gardener came in and used petrol cutters whilst we tried to relax by the pool. Shower head broken, toilet roll holder also broken.

1st time for us in Portugal, had a fantastic holiday! Communication from Nuno was excellent, check in & out a breeze. The Villa is as you see on the photo's, really nice & well mantained, the gardeners came once during our stay and the pool guy comes every week, cleaners came half way through to change the bedding etc. You do need a car or some form of transport, it is not miles out just a bit far to walk to shops etc. The main shopping centre is only 5 minutes drive in the car and Albufiera old town is 15 mins. We did have a car but used UBER for the nights when we wanted to drink, around 8 euro's into the old town, very reasonable. The villa has everything you need, I bought a new kettle as the old one was tripping the electrics, We left the kettle in the villa as it was easier than contacting Nuno for a new one, enjoy your new kettle :) Our only recommendation would be to upgrade the fridge freezer, the current one is too small for a family, old and really struggles if you load it up (teenage boys drink alot...) I still give this villa and Nuno top marks!, if you are looking for somewhere not too far out of town, quiet and peaceful, not too far from the main shopping centre this villa is the one for you.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Such a rural and quiet area which is just what we wanted and the villa is so well equipped and presented. Had everything we could possibly need and a stones throw from the local tourist areas, we can’t fault the villa. Pool was immaculate, lovely outdoor seating area and very spacious and secure. When we had a small problem, Nuno was so helpful and kept in close touch which we really appreciated. We’ve stayed in lots of Villas across the Algarve over the years but this was one of the best and would definitely stay again! Not a criticism but a constructive suggestion is that the villa would benefit from air conditioning in the living room as it did get rather hot in there meaning we went out and bought a fan. Other than that, spot on! Thanks for a lovely stay!

We stayed in July 2023 and had a lovely relaxing stay. The grounds of the villa were very well looked after and the pool was very clean. There was a lovely covered seating area ideal for relaxing. The Villa is slightly elevated so we always had wind- perfect for the warmer days and meant we didn’t really need the aircon on which they had in the bedrooms. The Villa location was perfect for those who want to be off the beaten track (we didn’t hear anyone the whole time) but was 5mins from the Algarve shopping centre and 10mins from the beach and zoo marine water park. The bathrooms were new and updated. The pool was very deep, ideal for teens. The house was fine for a Villa holiday but did lack little extras - the kitchen was very bare, no extra bin bags or salt and pepper or matches so you will need to buy everything as the fridge is standard size for a family or six.

Just arrived back from a lovely stay in this fantastic villa. We were met by Nuno on arrival, which we haven’t had in previous stays at other villas. This was a nice gesture as he showed us around the villa and answered any questions we had. Villa is very spacious, plenty of room for us as a group of 4 adults and 3 kids (10, 4, 3). The outside grounds are large and we had plenty of room to either sit, lounge or play. The villa is located closely to all amenities and is easily accessible. The villa is decorated to a high standard and has everything you will need for a self catering holiday. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Very nice and clean house with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. The Landlord was very kind (German speaking). If possible, we will come back again. The location between Guia und Albufeira is perfect.
