This Villa exceeded our expectations! More beautiful than the pictures. It had everything we needed, kitchen fully stocked, extra towels, bedding, etc. We were close to the pools and beach. The hot tub was a plus and we enjoyed it nightly. Definitely would recommend this villa and the resort:)

Property/ villa was amazing. Shaun responsive to anything we might have needed. Only complaint- prices at swim bar, restriction on pools (having a ball in pool, splashing, jumping out any fun). And beach area too Rockies

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It’s very well appointed and kept up. The patio is a great spot to hang out. Lastly, the Jacuzzi and deck are wonderful. Can’t wait to go back again.

Amazing it’s our 3rd time staying

We just returned from a four night stay in this villa. We LOVED it. We had three adults and four kids. The layout of this villa is PERFECT. The kids shares the double queen room. The interior is well equipped, we cooked here and had everything we needed. There is an extra fridge in the garage (perfect for beverages). It is a very close to walk to the beach and right by the pool. The patio and deck are gorgeous. They have so many beach chairs and water equipment available for use! Bella Sirena is an awesome and very safe resort.We will absolutely try to book this Villa every time we come back. We had a few very minor issues but they were very easily addressed with email and the property team was prompt and very helpful and polite.

Great stay, great property, great communication.

We have been visiting Rocky Point for 20 years and have never had a complaint about any other place. We checked in on a Sunday and were instructed to call Astrid for an orientation. We called and she said Angel would be over shortly. We waited over 2 hours and no one came. The jacuzzi was empty and we were not told it wasn't working. Later we found out the TV's weren't working and the thermostat for one of the bedrooms wasnt working. I called Astrid and left a message and sent a message to Angel who did respond that it would be looked at. Neither one ever got fixed. The nights were cold and our son had to sleep in the living room because his room was freezing. Also we were instructed to strip the beds before we left and when we did there was old blood on the mattress cover. Very disgusting! There were other little things but the most disappointing was booking a place with a private jacuzzi and not being told that it didn't work, the freezing room and the absolute lack of response from anyone. Angel did show up when we were checking out and when I asked him about not showing up on Sunday he said it was his day off(something Astrid should have known) Its too bad because Bella Sirena is very nice and the villa is nice but the total lack of response to our issues was very disappointing. Would not recommend this place.

We weren’t told that the hot tub wasn’t working until our check in day, which was a huge disappointment since the private hot tub was one of our deciding factors in choosing this place. We also found that neither the washing machine or dishwasher were in working order and did not hear back when we messaged about it in the app. It was a great location and beautiful property but had we known all of these things, we would have chosen differently, especially for the price.

it was a great stay, the home was beautiful and had all the things we needed in the kitchen which is always nice. disappointed that the hot tub was not functional as the property hot tubs were not very hot and were not clean.

We visit Rocky Point every year for Fall Break, but last year, we had to cancel our trip due to work commitments. Thankfully, the owner was wonderful to work with and honored our 2023 reservation for 2024. The villa's location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach. It’s also fully equipped with beach accessories, so you don’t have to worry about bringing chairs, umbrellas, or even a beach cart. One of the highlights of Bella Sirena is the ability to enjoy both the beach and the pool; when the beach gets too hot, you can easily transition to the pool and pool bar, then return to the beach for a beautiful sunset. The property management and owner were very attentive, promptly answering my questions via text within the hour. The house itself is well-equipped for a vacation home. My family and I would definitely return to stay at this villa.

Clean and beautiful Villa. No working refrigerators or freezers so our meats and dairy spoiled and we had no cold drinks.
