Stayed Apr 13, 2026The owner was a true gentleman & always checked on us. Made us feel right at home. We had a few small issues. The AC didn’t work downstairs but he was honest and it appeared that he attempted to make every attempt to make repairs.

Stayed Feb 17, 2026We had a wonderful stay at Denis’s villa in Sosua. Denis was very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. The villa is exactly as described. It was clean, well maintained, and everything is in great condition. The location is beautiful and set within a private gated community with security throughout, which made us feel very safe and comfortable.One important thing to note is that the neighbors are sensitive to noise. If you are not careful with the noise level, security may be called, even during the day before 9pm. As long as you keep things relaxed and respectful, you should have no issues.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. It is perfect for a quiet, comfortable getaway to lounge and unwind.

Stayed Dec 28, 2025A great deal for a charming split level house in a beautiful private residence close to the beach. Dennis is so kind and responsive (just make sure you message him in french and use google translate if necessary to avoid any miscommunications). Overall we loved it.
