Parking was secure and easy. Too cool to swim and they had last minute work done on it.

It was the perfect amount of space and the view from the living room and the master bedroom was fantastic! Beach and pool access were a few steps away from the property. The condo was very clean and quiet and there were zero disturbances. Patio had a wonderful view of the ocean. We loved every minute of our stay. Island Time Rentals did not disappoint and provided exceptional service as always.

The beach themed decor, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed linens, games, movies and easy access to the pool & beach made for a fun & relaxing stay. The Island Time staff were always available if needed and kept us updated with anything that effected our stay.

This is our second year in a row staying at this property. It’s absolutely perfect for our family. The owners have done a fantastic job with the selection of quality items and have stocked it well! They truly have thought of everything you could need! We love it and will be back again next year!

The view of the beach was enhanced by the deer (including a little fawn) that grazed below the balcony. The condo had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and the appliances including the washer and dryer worked great. I would highly recommend this property as it provided a perfect setting for our family to enjoy a relaxing and fun week at Hilton Head.

The kitchen was equipped for cooking meals and the table was a nice size for dining. We relaxed in the living room and watched some tv. The best was the short walk to the beach access ramp and to the pool. The beach wasn’t too crowded. We also walked down the beach to have lunch at the dunes house grill. The beach gear rental was really convenient!! Overall, the villa was clean & had very comfortable beds & had all the modern amenities that our Family of 4 needed to enjoy a great family vacation!
