Simple house located in a very quiet residential area just 7 km from the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar. Ideal house to enjoy a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

Outdoor area of 500 m2 with private garden, porch, barbecue and terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun. At the back, there is a small studio for the person who occasionally takes care of the garden.

Interior area of 130 m2 divided into 2 floors: on the main floor we find the living-diningroom (fireplace, TV) with access to the terrace, independent kitchen (microwave, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine), 1 double bedroom and a full bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor, we find 1 double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with bathtub.

Young people not accepted.

This property is only for families. No bookings for young people under 35 years old are accepted.

- Pets upon request and with a supplement of 35 €/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned a week later by bank transfer.

- Bus stop to go to Lloret centre in front of the house.



Conditions for groups



- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.



Check-in and check-out



The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
