Great 2 bed 2bath villa in great location , 10 min walk on cycle bath back into Dunsbourgh. Great communication and support from Richard the host. Would definitely book again

Loved being surrounded by the trees and the quietness. Villa had all of our requirements and more if needed. Close to shops and restaurants and the local beaches. We have Happy memories of our stay at this establishment, thankyou

We stayed here for a long weekend (fri to mon) as were attending a wedding in Yallingup .The Place is in a fantastic location ..very close to the Dunsborough Town centre .The unit is comfortable and well stocked with all amenities for a comfortable stay .Cleanliness was good overall ..except for the oven that had crumbs and foil from a previous stay that the cleaner may have missed . Communication could have been better ..didnt get any reply to a basic question about parking . However overall we had a great stay and would recommend

Great place to stay, perfect set up with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Slight hiccup with us not receiving an email with check in instructions but a quick phone call to Richard sorted that easily. Beautiful deck for afternoon drinks with the friendly local bandicoot

We had a great stay. The villa was comfortable and had everything we needed in a great location.

Nice spacious villa, well furnished with very comfortable beds. Loved the sunny deck and visiting wildlife, although very close to main road. Enjoyed our 3 days in Dunsborough.

This is a nice villa seriously let down by a lack of professional cleaning. We did not expect this given the reviews we had read. Essentially the villa was only superficially clean. We arrived to find the previous guests’ washing up still in the dishwasher with no indication it had been washed. Previous guests had written ‘clean this’ in the dust and smears on different glass and mirrored surfaces. The floors felt sticky underfoot. The glass coffee table was covered in smears and the TV area was very dusty. The location is good and the little front garden is very pretty with numbers is visiting birds. But our stay was spoilt overall by a lack of attention to cleanliness.

Every thing you needed was in the villa . Clean spacious . It definitely served its purpose as accomodation . Quiet In the bush peaceful need to drive to the beach . Suggestion better signage from main road

Comfortable and clean villa to stay in a quiet and tranquil location. Location does require driving into town, especially when hot like it was during our stay Overall, a good place to stay.

Great location for exploring Margaret River wineries and beaches

This was my second stay at this lovely villa and won't be my last. Love the location as it is not right in the heart of town (quiet location) but in easy walking distance. Love the fact there are two bathrooms. Richard, the host, always replies promptly to messages and is more than willing to help out if needed. The home was clean, with plenty of amenities such as crockery, glassware, and even a washing machine and dryer, should you need it. (We didn't! ) Many thanks Richard for sharing your home with us.

Good amenties & location! Short walk into Dunsborough and equiped with everything you need including body wash & hand soap in both bathrooms, even a high chair for little ones. With a decent clean id have given it 5 stars for our stay. Just the floors felt sticky / noticably dirty. & the walls and place need a through dusting wiping. Aside from this the beds were super comfy, lovely shower pressure and kitchen was clean. Easy check in & out!Would definitely stay againThank you

Lovely location

This villa was wonderful! Great layout of rooms. So convenient. Everything was great. Location just outside Dunsborough was perfect. Very quiet. Lovely bushland all around. Lots of other villas but layout was such that there was no noise or overlooking. We'd all go to this villa again.

We were very happy with our accommodation. We could easily walk to the township. As it was very cold, we were grateful for the heating. Beds were very comfortable. Facilities were excellent. I'm actually returning in a few months with another friend.

We had a wonderful stay at this home away from home. Despite being conveniently location and just a short stroll to town, the property is tucked in bushland and is very peaceful and quiet. Everything in the home is exactly as described and has everything we ever needed. Would recommend it to anyone who is visiting Dunsborough.

Convenient to amenities and perfect position to visit the wineries. Unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to explore the area to the extent we would have liked. A return visit in less inclement weather might be necessary!

It was great to be close to Dunsborough (and easy 1.5 k walk to cafes and shops) but away from the crowds. The villa was very quiet even though it is part of a larger complex. The bedrooms are a good size and separate bathrooms are great. It has everything you need and is good value.

Not distinct and badly placed, not visible at night should have a light and neon sign on both sides of the road.

This was our second time staying at the property. It has plenty of room and is in a great location to explore the area.

Enjoyed our stay, arriving on the Thursday for a wedding on the Friday, staying till Sunday. Accommodation was well located, only 1km out of Dunsborough; clean, tidy and had all we needed to make for a comfortable stay. Richard was always responsive whenever I had any queries. Highly recommend!

This property was well situated being only a short way out of town. It was very comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed the outlook over the bush from the deck. Everything was great and we would definitely stay there again.

All cooking equipment was provided. Very comfortable beds. Location very close to Dunsborough town centre.just over 30mins to Margaret River.

Great location, close enough to walk into town, but out enough from the hustle & bustle to feel relaxing. Great set up with the two seperate rooms with separate bathrooms. Kitchen had everything you would need, if you want ro stay in & cook. Beds & bedding very comfortable. Thank you!

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Caves Villas in Dunsborough. We were pleasantly surprised at the accommodation,facilities and amenities. The location was excellent with shops close by.

Very good setup with all ammenities. Good communication and instruction to access the unit.
