Location! Location! Location! This well-appointed condo is near many shops and groceries and less than 15 minutes from Mauna Kea and Hapuna Beach. It was equipped with all of the cooking and serving utensils we needed and ample towels. The lanai overlooked the golf course which was peaceful and relaxing. Communicating with the host was easy and she replied quickly. Access to the Hilton Waikoloa pool and lagoon was icing on the cake. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer and I look forward to visiting again.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect, the beds were super comfortable and the condo was overall very comfortable. The lenai was great. The kitchen was stocked full of pretty much everything we needed. The beach chairs and items were so great to have available.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The unit was clean and spacious and matched what the photos showed. The area was awesome, walkable to shops and A bay beach. We could drive to lots of other beaches within about 15 minutes. Our kids enjoyed the small pool within the villas. Comfortable beds and the kitchen was fully stocked. The outdoor bbq was great. Our only complaint about the property was that the communication with the property manager was not very informative, however we did not have any issues with the rental.

Amy was quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was perfect for our needs and well set up for 2 couples to enjoy their time. Love the small pool within the complex!

Our family had a wonderful stay. I was initially concerned with condo being on 3rd level but there is a convenient elevator nearby. We also enjoyed having an outdoor grill on the lanai. It made grilling very fast and convenient. We would stay again.

Our stay was nearly perfect.The only drawback was the ice machine did not work in the refrigerator and although I mentioned it to the host on day two, they did not get back to me during our 14 days stay. Also, the condo is in really desperate need of a deep cleaning. But the property itself is fantastic and we would return without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay here. Great place to stay with the kids.The house itself is beautiful, in a wonderful location. The amenities were everything you could think of. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and kitchen was well stocked. It's an easy access to shops, beach and Hilton property. The pass was helpful. Amy was responsive during our entire time. For things that may need a bit improvement - During our time we didn't get to grill. It was only after we had prepped things we realized that there was no propane. This wasn't fixed during our stay. We didn't get access to the garage not sure why. Until a couple days later we didn't know that there was a garage door that was unlocked and it had all the beach toys and stuff. Would have been helpful to know in advance. Apart from these minor issues we had a great stay.

Everything was great! Nice place not tierd and worn-out, great beds, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear and bezch toys. Very quiet and relaxing. Awsome pool!

Excellent condo, fully stocked with anything we could have needed and a garage full of beach supplies which made our trip so much easier with 2 small kids. We loved the Hilton day pass as well as the localPool, such a fun trip! Thank you for everything.

This condo was amazing. Beautiful interior and great layout. Very clean and everything worked great. Loved the garage for the rental as well as the elevator for getting all the luggage up to the third floor. The view was excellent and the kids loved the pool especially the pool pass. We definitely want to visit this condo again.

The view of the golf course from the lanai was awesome. It was an excellent spot for coffee and cocktails. The location of the garage was excellent as we had a large SUV. Unfortunately the interior was a bit worn. Neither of the bathrooms had adequate light for make up. Both of the showers are in need of a deep clean, and the washing machine was rather moldy.

This condo feels like home away from home. The living room has multiple seating options. The bed in the master bedroom is comfortable. Air conditioning is nice when needed, although we enjoyed having the doors open for the fresh air. Amy was great and answered our questions in a timely manner. She even came by to help us when we couldn't figure out the T.V. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

This property was a great home base for our Hawaii vacation. Well equipped, comfortable, and plenty of beach toys.

Wonderful place to stay. We stayed in early May and had no issues with crowds or traffic. Stayed for 5 nights and explored the whole island. Access to the Hilton facilities was a real bonusWill return

Waikaloa is a great location if you're looking for good accommodations and food options, and ready access to some of the best features on the island. Island. This property is very nice, as advertised, the pictures are fair and accurate, the upstairs location gives it light and air that other units in the same complex. Don't enjoy, and it's well set up.. Communication with the manager was fine and helpful.

This property is definitely an amazing place to stay. We stayed on the very top floor. (3 floors) and we had a great time. Very close to the Waikoloa a Shops easy to just walk there and back to the condo. There were two pools sort of similar and they were nice to relax and enjoy.

What an amazing home and amazing host. Amy was just amazing and the home had everything that we needed for the kids. The location was just breathtaking.

Well equipped & great location.

Amy’s condo is in a perfect location. We loved being able to walk to the Queens marketplace and King shops. Access to the Hilton pool was a bonus. Condo was clean and well equipped.

Great property! Loved the view. Had an issue with parking in garage but it didn't take away from our stay. We would come back again.

Amy's condo was everything we could have wanted-very convenient to Kona Airport & in bustling Waikoloa with multiple shopping, beach options & restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself was decorated beautifully, had all the items you need & the BBQ on the deck was so nice-we loved having morning coffee out there watching the golfers. The pools were great & we hot tubbed several times. She provided beach gear & coolers in the garage-what a convenience. We found a pickleball club down in Kona, walked to Anaeho'omalua Bay for sunsets, went ziplining at the Umauma Experience & hiked the Kilauea Iki trail at Volcano National Park. We also did the challenging hike to the Captain Cook Monument & saw there was great snorkeling at the end in Kealakekua Bay. We absolutely loved our stay at this top-floor condo & we'll be as soon as possible! Thanks Amy!

Stay was fine, however there were a few issues. We were given a warning ticket for not parking our van in the garage. There were no instructions to do so in the unit. When we opened garage man door it was clear there would be no room for a vehicle our size. Also button to open garage door didn’t work. I had to call management and explain the issue to avoid being fined. The other issue was the WiFi. The sign in information given in the text sent to me did not work.

The property was the perfect location for our golf club 4 day tournament. Easy access to the great courses as well as walkable market, theater and places to dine in the Waikoloa area. This unit was ready ahead of our scheduled check in time and provided all the comforts of home. Amy was so easy to communicate with. Made use of the pool privileges at the Hilton and thoroughly enjoyed it! Would stay here again!
