From the moment you step in, the open floor plan guides you towards that beautiful, water-front scenery. The open concept kitchen enjoys all the amenities of home. Enjoy meals at the bar seating for two or at the dining room table for six. The living area features a sleepersofa and loveseat facing a massive flat-screen TV. The panoramic scenery is visible throughout the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space. Step through either of two different sliders and you’ll find yourself on a spacious wraparound porch gazing at the dunes and the waters below. Deer are often seen browsing in the dunes, and dolphin can almost always be spotted playing in the surf of Calibogue Sound. The patio is wonderfully appointed with a bistro table with four balcony-height Adirondack Chairs, with an additional two-chair unit at the other end of the outdoor space. This allows for superb beachside al fresco dining for up to six guests. Beautiful sunset views can be enjoyed nightly from both balconies and every window in the villa.

Flanking the main living space are a pair of grand suites boasting luxury resort amenities. In one suite, a pair of queen beds anchor a space with flat-screen TV, sliders out to a private balcony and an en suite with tub and shower. On the far side, the master suite enjoys a king-size bed as well as a flat-screen TV, wide desk, private access to the outdoor dining and an en suite with walk-in shower boasting rainfall showerhead and bench.
