1800*VILLA SIMONE OCEAN VIEW

We had a most memorable stay here! All of our rooms were oceanview with their own bathrooms which was great for our group of 10. It was extremely clean and stocked with a nice assortment of items so that we didn’t have to shop right away. And our hosts prepared a delicious traditional menu on our last night. We enjoyed it on the patio as the moon was setting. And we had leftovers for the next day. How wonderful is that? If in Pescara, this property is worth a stay!

We loved this Villla. It was clean and beautiful and nicely decorared. The view was incredible! We would stay there again.

The house was perfect for our needs and allowed us to be close to Lanciano where Canadian College Italy is located and the graduation location in San Vito

I strongly recommend this house. It’s located at the very center of everything you would want to visit. Close to the seaside and the cycle path of the Trabocchi but also close to the small village of San Vito and the shops. Ideal place to relax and visit the beauties around, it has a large patio and spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen for your meals at home.

The property and location were amazing, absolutely stunning. The time we were there was a heat wave unfortunately so without proper AC it was a little hot.

We loved our time at Villa Simone. The property was beautiful, clean, and updated. The outdoor space was also perfect. We walked up into town and down to the beach everyday so the location was ideal. We had 8 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely stay at Villa Simone again. Our host was very responsive and helpful as well.

I've traveled a bunch and this house, top to bottom, is the dream. Waking up to the Adriatic, soaring ceilings, modern amenities, the peacefulness of the attic, no stone left unturned... I'd buy every inch of it if I could. An it'd be worth every penny. xoxox

Lovely house - very generous host left us many snacks etc. The driveway is a bit tough to navigate - recommend a small car - great location and views!

This house and location is so beautiful! The host thought of literally every single thing you could need during your stay plus more. Cinzia helped us secure a taxi from and back to the train station. She checked with us to make sure everything was going well. She is so kind and helpful! This is a great location! We walked up the hill to a delicious pizzeria and the magical town one night. The next day, we walked down the path to the sandy, refreshing beach. Afterwards, we figured out how to find and take a bus to the top of the hill. There’s a great market near the bus drop off where we bought ingredients to cook our dinner at Villa Simone. The people were so friendly and helpful in San Vito. It truly was my favorite location in Italy, so far!

Words cannot describe the feeling of this beautiful property. Everything from the welcoming host, furnishings, amenities and location were nothing short of top notch! We also witnessed a beautiful thunder and lighting storm from our balconies which gave way to a glorious sunny morning! Our stay was way to short but Villa Simone is highly recommended.
