Through the gated courtyard with bistro seating, you’ll find this lovely four-bedroom premier villa, which is wonderfully located next to the Harbour Town Clubhouse and Golf Links.

A saturnia foyer and graceful living room reveal the villa’s elegance upon entry. The living room, which includes a sofa, is open and airy with green and slate blue furnishings contrasted against neutral hues in furnishings and walls. A round glass-top table for four is in the living room as well, ideal for game-playing. A large flat screen TV sits atop a granite countertop that continues around the corner to the kitchen which features a flat cooktop, the same lovely black granite counters and oil-rubbed bronze pulls on the sleek cabinetry.
An adjacent dining room seats six windowside. Through the sliding glass doors, is a roomy deck for outdoor entertaining. The deck also overlooks the community’s pool, verdant palmettos and native landscaping.

On the second level are two stylish bedrooms. A stunningly furnished room with king-sized bed, the first room has tropical leaf and palm accents, ceiling fan and flat screen TV with DVD. Its bath is spacious with a glass door marble shower and roomy vanity. An additional second-level bedroom houses two double beds in blue with red headboards in a maritime motif. A flat screen TV and DVD are included in this room, as is its own bath with tile flooring, large marble vanity and tub/shower combination.

The third and top level features two more bedrooms. Cheerfully decorated, one holds a swing king sized bed, plus a TV, two closets and ceiling fan.
