Inside the property, there is air conditioning throughout the property. Outside, there is a pleasant garden area with sun beds and a barbecue plus parking for 3 cars and beautiful panoramic views from the villa of the Sierra de Almijara mountains.

The property has two bathrooms, one with shower cubicle and wc and the other with bath/shower and wc.



Every bedroom has its own air conditioning unit to help you sleep more comfortably at night.
