The space
Villa on a lovely empty walkway near Osby and with direct proximity to nature and green area directly across the street. The house offers large and open living areas, a freshkitchen, garage, a glazed conservatory and a large patio in the form of a wooden deck in a sunny south facing position.

VILLA Space:
Step into this house and discover a well-equipped home whose inviting feeling embraces you already when you enter the hall. Here you are offered an open accommodation that is in good condition and is excellent to move into as it is this year.
In addition to the three bedrooms, the house has a social, large and open kitchen with white cradles and tiled floors. Here you will find a social, open and nice living room with windows in two directions and plenty of space for a sofa and dining area. Furthermore, there is a newly renovated, fresh and tasteful bathroom with a wall-hung toilet, shower wall, chest of drawers, sink, spotlights and a practical and small guest toilet, this is fully tiled and has underfloor heating. The house has 2 walk-in closets offering good storage options with several sliding door wardrobes and the laundry room with washing machine, dryer. Good storage, large cabinets and a workbench help to make everyday life easier.

KITCHEN
The social, large and open kitchen offers lavish materials. As the kitchen doors are in a layer of wood called hevea, it is a South American type of wood and is a beautiful wood, window to the plot, granite countertop (halland granite) and open floor plan to the dining room and living room. The room has white walls and tiled floors and the mechanical equipment consists of an induction hob with a convection oven, fan, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. Perfect for cooking and treats! The kitchen comes from Myresjö.

This Large, master bedroom is soothing and the newly renovated room offers on-site fitted wardrobes, nice light and space for a double bed. Hair you can sleep peacefully and well! The floor is maple parquet.

BEDROOM 3 LOWER FLOOR
The third bedroom is on the lower level and has beautiful views, beautiful carpentry and excellent storage options. The room has gray walls and parquet floors.

BATHROOM 1
Newly renovated, fresh and tasteful bathroom from 2016 with cake tray shower area in otherwise white painted wet room fabric. The interior consists of a wall-hung toilet, shower wall, chest of drawers, sink, spotlights and heated towel rail. The bathroom fittings are from Vedum.

Practical and small guest toilet with toilet and sink and electric underfloor heating. The guest toilet is fully tiled.
