Zion Village Resort 415 | Private Hot Tub, Ping Pong Table, and Community Pool access

We enjoyed the property. The unit was wonderful and spacious. My Children and Grandchildren enjoyed the space along with the pool. We had wonderful patio dinners with the BBQ and enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. Would definitely recommend. Easy check in and check out.

Home was exactly as described, very clean and stocked with everything I needed. Loved the hot tub and that there were TVs everywhere. Very close to Sand Hollow where we rode UTV's. Love the communication from the owner to us when arriving, offering additional day if we needed it and reminding us of check out time and what the expectations were for leaving the property.

The staff at Red River Vacations in St George is wonderful. Their front desk staff found a rapid work-around for an administrative error on my part. A lesson in grace, friendliness and hospitality, I will carry with me for many years. Thank you.

I can't say enough good things about this place. It was perfect for our needs. And the owners thought of absolutely everything you could ask for. It was immaculately clean, and the drive to Zion Park each day for our hiking and biking activities was extremely easy. We loved it and would highly recommend❤️.

This unit was very inviting. Tons of space, comfy beds and great for entertaining. BBQ grill for easy meals and a wonderful hot tub. The clubhouse is just steps away and the pool is fantastic. Great location.

Our family stayed here for three nights as our homebase for adventures in nearby places such as Zion, Bryce and Kanab. The rental was as expected from pictures, it was cleaned and well appointed. The hottub was nice to use after a long day of hiking. We did notice the hottub was a bit dirty. We would also say other complaints would be the wet and dirty dished left in the cupboards and the amount of noise made from other units' occupants using the outdoor spaces at night. Otherwise a very nice family rental.

We gathered for a family holiday and this propert was everything we needed. Well stocked and great amenities. Very clean. Easy check in and check out.

The home was amazing. It was clean and presented exactly as listed. We couldn’t find the net or ping pong paddles for the table and the property manager had it delivered there within hours. We would 100% stay here again.

Our condo was wonderful! Very clean, wonderful amenities, Nice and quiet area and plenty of space. We had something that wasn’t working quite right and Red Sands got on it right away and even worked hard to try to get a repairman out on a Sunday. Would definitely recommend a booking that is with Red Sands. !

They were quick to find us this location to add to our other rentals. It had what we needed. Comfortable and well stocked.

The house was impeccably clean and better-stocked than any other house we’ve rented. Neighborhood was quiet and we had the entire pool to ourselves a couple times!!

Great location, great amenities! Perfect home with very comfortable roomy layout and all stocked with everything we needed for the home! Only recommendation for owner is to make sure the cleaning crew dusts the beds' headboards… they were very dusty!! Couple of us with allergies really noticed that but everything else was perfectly clean and great condition!! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area!
