Stayed Dec 26, 2025Accommodations for 16? No Problem! Traveling by committee with ages ranging from 2-85 yrs old can be challenging. This property provided great adult and kid spaces, comfortable sleeping areas - a well stocked kitchen and combined open area for dining and entertaining. We had great host communication - home was warm and welcoming as was the host. Loved this place and will return! PS thanks for having beach towels accessible - we LOVED using the hot tub on site as well as having easy across-the-street access to the clubhouse. Thanks!

Stayed Mar 22, 2025Overall good stay- few things were broken in the house, but nothing that significantly impacted our stay. House so spacious and modern, really great bedrooms and bathrooms, well stocked kitchen and comfortable large great room. My kids loved the ping pong table in the garage, to the point that we destroyed/lost 3 of the 4 ping pong balls and had to restock from the local Walmart (we left the new batch of balls, of course). Clubhouse pool was awesome, my kids loved it. Lazy river, kids slide, hot tub and really cool vibe with fire pits after dark. Overall a great stay.

Stayed Oct 24, 2024We stayed four nights at this property and thought it was a beautiful choice. It is nicely decorated and well-stocked with everything we could want or need. More so than any VRBO we have ever stayed at. We had a great time visiting Zion and Bryce but also hanging out at the house. The hosts were easy to communicate with and helpful. Our only concern was the hardwood floors and the carpet were not very clean. Overall a great vacation spot at a great price.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024Would recommend this property to those visiting Zion in a large group. It's super clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. Sage, the owner, is great and very accommodating. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Stayed Jun 23, 2024This vacation home truly delivered. The house was beautiful, clean, in excellent condition, and very well organized! We were a party of 9, including 4 kids ages 13, 9, 8, and 4. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The game room was well stocked with games. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and eat our meals (the market was only 5 minutes from the house, making stocking up with groceries a breeze). The swimming pool was right across the street from the house and there were huge floaties in the garage for the kids to use in the pool and lazy river. The house had two fridges, as well as, two sets of washer and dryer, which came in very handy! During our stay, we visited Zion (30 minutes from the house), Bryce Canyon (2 hours from the house), Zion Tubing (20 minutes from the house), the city of Orderville for UTV rides (1 hour from the house), and the Sand Caves in Knab (1 hour 15 minutes from the house). Overall, this house was perfect. You can tell it is well cared for and we are happy we chose to stay here.

Stayed Jun 12, 2024The house accommodate 4 families with room to spare. We loved being directly across from the clubhouse for easy access to the pool. This house everything we needed to be comfortable! The only thing I would have changed was the checkout instructions. I did t see the email about checking out until we had already left. We went off the instructions that were listed in the house. The ones listed in the house didn’t say to strip the beds, it just said not to make the beds. So we didn’t strip the beds which I felt bad about after we left and I saw the email. Other than that little detail we had so much fun!
