Zion view~Hot Tub~Fire Pit~Sauna~Stargazing

It was without a doubt the best rental I've ever been a part of. Absolutely beautiful home and great amenities.

Our stay was not long enough! The communication with the hosts was very good and the location couldn’t have better! If you aren’t staying for at least 3 days… extend your trip!! Between Zion and Bryce Canyon, there are so many things to do and enjoy and this location is a great place to rest your head and relax at the end of your day!

We stayed here during our visit to Zion, and it is conveniently located to get to the park. The house was spotless and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The hot tub and sauna were amazing after days of hiking. The hosts were easy to communicate with and the check-in process was seamless. We did have a little trouble finding the property since we arrived after dark, and we had lost our cell services/GPS. We loved our stay, and wish we had more time to spend there.

The place was so peaceful and had great views. Hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking and biking. Cooking was a breeze in the spacious kitchen. Each bedroom offered a restful night. Our host was so responsive to all our needs. Would definitely book again

We had an amazing stay! We were 9 people (two families with kids), and the house was perfect for us. It was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed.The kids loved their room with the bunk beds and games, and the yard was great, especially the fire pit. The hosts even left supplies for s’mores and firewood, which was such a thoughtful touch.They were super kind and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again! Great house, probably the best amenities we’ve ever experienced. Hot tub, sauna, games, and even had snacks and drinks for us. Everything you needed was included. Distance away from groceries was a little far but expected.

We had 9 people (2 small kids, 1 teenager, 6 adults) and this home fit us perfectly. The house was perfectly outfitted with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this house.

This house was amazing! Perfect for hiking and biking around Gooseberry and the Jem trails. Felt like we were staying at a spa!! Great space, concrete floors, clean, extras left by the property owners to make us feel welcome. Fun hot tub, sauna and fire pit. Great garage access for bikes. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Five plus stars!!

Very nice built house. Detailed furnished and quite thoughtful. Provided different flavors of coffee and soft beverages. Kitchen is fully functional with everything you might need for cooking. Owner Sarah and William are super responsive and cordial. They did not even list any check-out rules like most of the houses would, which make us feel more welcomed. We had a great stay.

Staying in the winter gave us a challenge that the water pipes froze up and we had no water upon check in! I messaged the host and they had people on site within an hour with several gallons of water and maintenance crew who were able to thaw the water main and get it working within three hours of our checkin. Beyond that, I enjoyed the well stocked kitchen where I cooked our meals and getting in the hot tub and sauna was a great treat to combat the cold! I also took a nice soak in the large master bath tub. so much space to spread around. only downside was an important (to my hubby) football game was on that weekend and the only TV in the house is in the 'kid bunkbed' room. He managed to watch the games on his phone. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we get the chance! Thank you to our hosts!

Southern Utah turned out to be a great place for a family meet up. This house was one of the nicest vacation rentals I have ever seen. We spent five nights and wished we had more. We were able to park our Airstream and have a very luxurious break in the wonderful primary bedroom with huge bathroom. The space in this house is very nice. Everything was top-notched and amenities included were more like a nice hotel.

Stayed here for a wedding and it was fabulous! Super clean, comfortable, stylish and outfitted with anything you may need. We loved it so much! Thank you Sarah for taking care of us!

The home is beautiful inside and out with attention to detail to make it a most enjoyable stay. The extra amenities typically not included in most homes were really appreciated. Uber eats was convenient after a busy day. Communication was excellent and check in so easy. Zion Mountain National Park is not far away and a must to see… so stunning. Wish we stayed longer to enjoy what the home has to offer. Highly recommended.

Our stay was incredible. Our hosts were very responsive to all of our questions and the house had every accommodation we could think of. This was a wonderful stay and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
