I loved this place its just that the communication between the homeowner and us they never responded because the living room tv needed another controller in order to watch other shows

The place was perfect for our visit to Zion NP and Snow Canyon State Park. We enjoyed the house very much.

Liked the location of the property as it was central to Zion, Snow Canyon, Silver Reef, Cedar Breaks, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and plenty of BLM land to run around on. Only 3 blocks or so from Davis Grocery and Hardware. Mountainview Bible church is nice with friendly people. Carlton answered our plea for help with the A/C return air intake which was very helpful. The property is in a quiet neighborhood but is just below Rt 9 overhead. The light pollution is growing due to the increase of development, as can be expected. Nice to sit outside in the evenings and listen to the crickets though.

everything was as expected. Excellent location. Comfortable sleep. Nice kitchen and a pleasant backyard.

Nice house, calm neighbor, close by store, gas and restaurants. Somewhat of a drive to Zion.

The house was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was great to cook in. The neighborhood feels safe. Communication was a little disappointing, after we arrived we were unable to contact the host. We had some questions regarding check out and what needed to be done. We did our usual taking care of the place and leaving it in good condition though. We are two women in our 70’s so we knew how to be respectful of someone’s house, lol.

Had a beautiful view of mountains. Very impressed with the curb appeal and inside cleanliness. Had all the amenities needed. Very close to Zion and Bryce Canyon .Clayton was easy to contact. All went well just had trouble trying to navigate with 2 remotes for tv at night after our day out. Would use again. Wife loved the fact she had grocery store nearby.

Had a wonderful stay with the family as we spent a couple of days at Zion. Would gladly stay here again when in the area.

This house was perfect for the family trip! We hiked, we shopped, we ate great food ( and coffee). Owner was very responsive to all my questions! We really enjoyed our stay!!

Easy to get to, large rooms, lovell my kitchen... it was everything we needed.
