Zion (East) Luxurious Home King Beds WiFi Privacy Hot Tub

Property is wonderful and very well set up with anything you might need. Amenities like hot tub and firepit were well maintained, clean and ready upon arrival. Host communication is exceptional and very helpful. It was a wonderful experience.

Beautiful property in a great location to visit both Zion and Bryce National Parks. Everything about the house was exactly as described. Enjoyed having Zion Ponderosa Resort next door. The pizza we picked up from there was excellent. We utilized their shuttle service to the east mesa observation point trailhead which was a good hike with amazing views at the point. It was great having the hot tub after a day of hiking. The megaboom sound system worked well and portable to use by the fire pit at night. Be sure to read the note in the refrigerator about where to place food. Cell service was very spotty. We had a screen shot of the directions. It would have been difficult to find without it. The hosts are easy to communicate with and very friendly. We all would highly recommend this house.

It is a beautiful house, property and area. It was perfect for all 10 of us. Kitchen was well equipped. The downside is the refrigerator wasn’t very cold and the ice machine didn’t work. The t.v. In the Master bedroom didn’t work, so that was disappointing. It would have been nice to have more towels and wash cloths in each bathroom. The hosts were very nice and when I reached out they got right back with me. You have to get a 10 day pass per person for the swimming pool, each day. It is not free with your stay. So we didn’t get to utilize the pool. We were out hiking most of the day anyway, but would have been nice since it got to 103 degrees a couple of days. I would recommend anyone to stay, we really enjoyed ourselves. The view of the mountains were nice, the hot tub and fire ring was great. Easy access to Zion National and only 1 hr. away from Bryce Canyon National Park.

This location and house were amazing! We were 6 adults vacationing to see the National Parks in Utah. The house was well equipped with items not usually provided in a rental specifically the kitchen. Although we did not cook much because we were exhausted from our adventures. Would stay hereagain.

This is a beautiful property. Do not hesitate to book this property if you are looking for a place to stay in Zion.We are 4 couples that have traveled together over the past 20 years and this is one of the top properties that we have stayed.

The house was in the perfect location, had a spacious roomy kitchen and big dining room table that we absolutely loved, the yard was amazing and being able to hike right off the property was fantastic!

It is a wonderful property and a wonderful location. It is a bit of a drive to get almost anywhere, but well worth it. The home was very well stocked and very comfortable. Though there were some issues with the downstairs heat initially, our host did everything she could to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

We stayed several days and the house and property were awesome.

Beautiful home! Hosts were helpful and easy to reach. Would definitely go back and recommend to others! My only word of caution is that the use of the resort pool is not cheap. We called and were told $10/per person per day or $20/per person per week. It was actually $35 per day per adult and $25 per day per child, so a total of $120 for just a few hours at the pool one day for 2 adults and 2 kids. We had access to all activities at the resort for the day for that price but it was hot and we only wanted to use the pool.

House was clean and large enough to house family of four adults and guests. The setting is serene and peaceful, and the accessibility to Zion and Bryce National Parks was ideal. Two areas which oils be improved are replacement of ceiling fans in the main floor bedrooms and improvement of the water pressure.
