The area near Hurricane, Utah, offers an abundance of outdoor activities and natural beauty. Adventure enthusiasts can explore the breathtaking landscapes of Zion National Park, just a short drive away, with its world-renowned hiking trails, canyoneering opportunities, and stunning vistas. Sand Hollow State Park is perfect for water sports, fishing, paddleboarding, and relaxing on sandy beaches, while the nearby Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park provides unique terrain for off-roading and photography. Golfers will enjoy the scenic courses in the region, and those seeking relaxation can soak in the tranquil desert surroundings.

NOISE
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

OCCUPANCY NOTICE
The minimum age for the primary renter to book this home would be 25 years old.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges.

NO PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

POOL HEATING
From October to May, there is a $150/day fee for pool heating at this home. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Aside from the private pool, the community pool is closed during winter periods.

SECURITY CAMERA
For security, there is a ring camera at the exterior of the front door, as well as Nest cameras facing the driveway and overlooking the patio and the street in front of the home. There are no cameras inside your Wander home.
