Great house and location!

Beautiful new home, immaculate, comfortable. Perfect for groups, family reunions, etc. Close to Zion and so relaxing to come back to after a long day hiking. Large common area, well appointed kitchen and so easy to make meals and relax after Zion or Bryce.

We wanted a place for a father/son trip to explore Zion & Bryce. This house, location and house could not have been better. Hosts were communicative and friendly. The cabin was as beautiful as advertised. Top notch!

This house looks brand new! It was so clean and more beautiful than the pics. The home is about 10 minutes outside the east entrance of Zion and an hour and a half to Bruce Canyon. I wish all the vrbo’s were this well kept! Helpful note to future renters- the house sits on the line of 2 time zones so our phones showed an hour earlier than the time at Zion. This was confusing when trying to plan what time to get to the park early. Go by the time on the oven and you’ll be good!

House was spotless and very well appointed. Anything you needed was there. Obviously someone involved is very organized. House is very comfortable and can accommodate 3 couples or large families. The location is quiet but not too far from both Zion and Bryce NPs as well as some state parks. Highly recommended for your visit to South Utah parks.

Close to Zion, hr drive to Bryce, and near Carmel Junction perfectly situated to what we wanted to visit, Zion and Bryce, of course, plus Belly of the Dragon, Sand Caves, and Coral Pink Sand Dunes. Kanab for dinner - Wild Thyme, was easy peasey. We saw 72 Mule deer on the way home, but couldn't count all the stars we could see! Beautiful. Great trip and fantastic stay. Thank you for making it easy and comfortable!

The kitchen was amazing! Large crock pot was a dinner winner!!! House is located in a beautiful neighborhood but not too close to other homes. Perfect location to see Zion. The drive to Brice canyon was beautiful and Hwy 12 is a must see as well. But our favorite day (and we started in Capitol Reef before coming here) was doing the ROAM ATV 4 hour tour to see the Great Chamber and the beautiful peekaboo slot canyon. My husband and daughter drove the ATV and our guide was Andy. She was amazing and I never knew that you could get the stunning pictures from our I-Phones that she did!! Was worth every penny. Perfect location to see it all down in southern Utah.Favorite eateries were Thunderbirds for breakfast (note they are closed Wednesday and Thursdays) and the best meal we’ve had out in a long time was at WildThyme in Kanab. Y’all, their pistachio Chicken is absolutely fabulous. My husband had the Salmon (amazing) and our daughter had the pasta (loved it). We are from SC and visited Utah for the first time. It is truly the playground of America. Thanks for the perfect home to call our home for the week!! Y’all were wonderful!!

Absolutely loved our stay at this stunning luxury cabin bordering Zion! This property truly exceeded all expectations. The cabin was impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, offering the perfect balance of comfort, style, and convenience. The three king bedroom suites with private baths were ideal, providing ample personal space for everyone and ensuring restful nights after long days of adventuring.The location was breathtaking, nestled in a remote, peaceful area surrounded by nature. We even had the joy of seeing deer while enjoying our morning coffee – such a treat! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. The condo was fully stocked with all the essentials, leaving us completely stress-free.We couldn't have asked for a better home base for exploring Zion and Bryce Canyon; the cabin offered great access to both parks. If you're seeking a serene spot to unwind after thrilling hikes and activities, this is it.One small tip for future guests – our GPS pinpointed the cabin as being in Kanab rather than Orderville, so just keep that in mind when planning your route.Overall, this magical cabin was everything we dreamed of for our getaway. We can't wait to come back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and peaceful retreat in the midst of nature.

This cabin is a beautiful getaway tucked away at the edge of Zion National Park. It was an easy drive into the park or to other nearby parks. The stargazing at night was next level. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped. The hosts were very quick to respond and have some great recommendations. If you are looking for a retreat near Zion, this can’t be beat!

This place is amazing! We had 3 adults and 2 kids staying for 3 nights. We had plenty of space. They did not skimp on the amenities. I have nothing but good things to say about it!

We loved that the house had king beds! The house was VERY clean and comfortable. The home had beautiful large windows which made the home feel more spacious. This home was well stocked utensils and pots and pans. We cooked dinner every night. The drive into Zion National Park from the east entrance was not far and the drive was breathtaking. Each day we drove it felt different.

We loved the property. Three couples worked great with the three king rooms. It is a beautiful drive thru Zion but a little far. We enjoyed our stay. We sat outside on the covered patio and it was very peaceful.

We had the best stay at this home. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with walking trails and is the perfect place to stay if visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. The home had all the kitchen items we needed and was a nice retreat after a day of hiking. The property manager reached out at all the proper times, responded quickly to questions and was very helpful with recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and everything we needed to cook meals at home. We especially appreciated the peaceful, quiet setting—such a nice retreat after the crowds of Zion. The kids enjoyed playing in the spacious driveway, and the house was well-stocked with games for all ages. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation at this lovely home. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Everything was just as described and you can clearly see that Kraig & Logan have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable and convenient. The home was clean and spacious with plenty of room to enjoy a meal, play games, or just relax. The kitchen has everything you need which we appreciated as we prepared all our own meals. Kraig & Logan provided helpful information in advance and were responsive to any questions. We visited Zion several times and took a day trip to Bryce Canyon. We would definitely recommend this home and stay here again, thank you!

It was a perfect place for my family.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Zion/Bryce retreat. It was well stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans, you name it. We had some questions and the host responded immediately. A new place with lots of room. If you're staying in the area, this is the place for you.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The home was clean & well equipped for all our needs. The beds were extra comfortable. We are seniors & comfortable beds are important to us. The walk-in showers in 2 of the bedrooms were also very convenient for us, as well. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights while visiting Zion. The home was lovely - clean, bright, and plenty spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need, and was perfectly organized. The drive to the East entrance of Zion was easy, and there were a few restaurants in driving distance for dinners. The property manager was very communicative in advance, and gave plenty of recommendations for the area (groceries, restaurants, other outings). We would definitely stay here again.

The house is awesome! Very spacious and comfortable. The kids love seeing several deers walked by the house and the neighborhood. Most importantly, Logan & Kraig are the best Vrbo host!!! They took great care of our family. Thank you!!

This property was just what we hoped for. We and 4 adult children enjoyed two nights in this new and spotless home located a short drive from the east entrance to the park. Logan and Kraig were gracious hosts and were extremely responsive to our needs. We had a problem with the grill and a quick phone call to Kraig fixed the problem. This was our first trip to Zion and everything was great - weather, company and accommodations.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Lovely gated neighborhood. Spacious and clean with ample space and everything you need for making meals. Comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. About 15 minutes from the East Zion park entrance, and what a breathtaking drive into the park! We didn’t mind taking some extra time to reach the Springdale entrance to catch the shuttles at all! Also a very manageable drive to Bryce. The owners were wonderful and provided excellent communication as well as information and tips for the surrounding activities. We would love to return!

The house is perfectly kept. And every amenity is available the location was fantastic appropriately remote with amazing views and the incredible starry nights.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is beautiful! Everything is well stocked & they certainly thought about what people staying would need. I liked being able to do a load of laundry & actually have laundry detergent! Being so close to the resort with a little store to buy some items & grab dinner at the restaurant was awesome! We stayed in this house during our trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon and really enjoyed our stay! The property is newly renovated, nicely decorated and very well stocked! Check-in and communication with the hosts went smoothly! If we ever come back to Zion, I would definitely book this property again!

This property is perfect for a trip to utah. Close to zion and about an hour from bryce. There are a few hikes from the home close by.we highly recommend observation point hike(although it is an 8 mile hike) the property was clean and well stocked.Beautiful setting ,many deer came to visit

Everything about this property was just as listed and then some. So clean, quiet, roomy, and comfortable with privacy! The kitchen was not only stocked with everything you could need, it was all high quality cookware, cutlery, glassware, etc. If ever in the area again, we would choose this house in a minute. We LOVED our stay. House was clean, had everything we needed. Great location between Zion and Bryce Canyon. We spent 2 days in Zion and 1 at Bryce (must see). No problems at all. We bought groceries in Hurricane, cooked each night and packed sandwiches for our hikes. House provided a cooler which came in handy for a cold drink. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!!
