Please note that the basic pricing per night is for 4 guests. Each additional guest requires $15 per person per night. The additional guest fee goes toward accommodation necessities such as utilities, supplies, and tears and wears on the property. VRBO should automatically calculate the accurate nightly pricing for you according to the number of guests inputted under guests.

Please kindly remove your shoes while entering our house! We appreciate that you are taking care of our house!


Please do not smoke inside our home! Any signs of smoking will result in an additional violation fee.


Please be respectful to our neighbors and try to keep noise down after 10 pm!


We kindly ask you not to throw parties at our house. Please help to keep the space clean and be respectful of our beautiful home :)


Please sort out trash and dispose it into appropriate bins. Please leave it in cans inside the house if you’re not sure where to throw it and our cleaners will take care of it.


Please double-check that you have all personal belongings before you leave! If you leave something behind, we’re happy to assist under the following conditions:
- We do not guarantee that lost items will be found, as housekeeping may not always recover them.
- If found, items can be shipped to you for a $35 handling fee plus shipping costs.
- Lost and found items will be held for up to 2 weeks after check-out. After this period, unclaimed items may be discarded or donated.


We do not offer mailbox access unless it is a long term stay, but package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any lost or inaccessible packages!
