ZC1 Home Away From Home Near Zion

This home was so cute and perfect! My family and I only stayed for one night however we wished we stayed longer! It was perfect distance form Zion national park! The house itself was so clean and cozy! It had everything we needed and more! I will be coming back here for sure!

This was a terrific find. Very clean home with two lovely master bedrooms and modern bathrooms. Honestly, if I hadn't seen the guest book, i would have thought it was brand new. It was nice to arrive late and see that we could easily make coffee for the morning. The grocery store is only a a two minute drive away so we were able to stock up on some snacks and breakfast food for our ventures out over the next couple of days. The internet was fast which the kids enjoyed, we played cards and watched Netflix and we kept an eye on the cows out back, and we cooked a big pot of rice in the rice cooker. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. From here we did go to Bryce (about 2.5 hr drive) and to Zion (easy 35 min drive and parked in Springdale and took the free shuttle into the park.) Hope to visit this area of the country again.

This property was immaculate, well located, comfortable and perfectly stocked with everything you would need. It was an easy drive to Zion. The price was extremely reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again or to recommend it to others.

We stayed at four different houses through our trip through Utah's 5 National Parks, and this was easily the best of them all. The house was clean, comfortable, and inviting. Even better, it was thoughtfully stocked with useful items one might want or need during their time at Zion, such as an cooler box. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect stay for our adventures in Zion. The house was very spacious and had great amenities. It was very quiet, yet close enough to many restaurants and only about 25 min from Zion. There were 3 of us and we were super comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and kind when I had questions. If we are ever back in the area, I would stay here again and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

We really enjoyed our stay at ZC1! Mattresses were comfortable and there were extra blankets for each bed. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. The water got nice and hot! Check-in and checkout were seamless. We accidentally left a bag when we checked out, and they let us know quickly enough that we were able to go back for it. Communication was great. We appreciate all the extras that were included, like shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower and lots of kitchen items like a pizza cutter and rice cooker. The location is great; only 20 minutes to Zion National Park. We would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious and clean. We had an issue with one of the blinds and someone was there within minutes to help. Very helpful!

Very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the space was perfect. We were only there one night, but we all felt at home here. And it was close to the entrance at Zion - around 20 minutes. We were very happy with our stay!

This unit was perfect for our stay. 2 large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Kitchen and dining area was adequate as was the main living area. Very convenient for our day to visit Zion National Park.

The house was perfect for our needs as an overnight stop to visit Zion. Conveniently located and reasonable price.

We hiked Angel’s Landing, Emerald Pool, the Narrows , in Zion, and Navajo Loop in Bryce Canyon. We also drove through Caramel Tunnel. Great vacation.

I loved the setup of the house. It was a perfect fit for our family of 5. The kids loved being able to all be in the same room. Close to everything we wanted to do. Will definitely stay here again!

Location was great & easy to access the National Parks. House was clean & pictures were perfect. Door was unlocked & open when we checked in so that was a little crazy as it was after midnight, had to reach out twice in the morning to get someone to help with the lock so we could leave for the day. After that, everything went smoothly & we enjoyed our stay.

My husband always wanted to know The Narrows and ride a horse. After all the fun we had, coming back to the house and being so comfortable, we couldn’t ask for more.

We only had four adults for one night but the place was great. Had everything we needed. Nice patio with table. Washer and dryer. Clean, comfortable beds. Would highly recommend.

We stayed 3 nights here while visiting Zion National Park. The place was as listed. The kitchen had everything we needed. Having a bathroom off of each bedroom was great for two couples. It was an easy 20-25 minute drive to the park.
