まず温泉の所の草がボーボーで、水風呂には草や虫が沢山居て入れない。さらに中にはムカデなどの虫もいるし... まあ虫は仕方ないにしても、プーンとカビのようなにおいがするし、洗濯機置き場の周りも汚い。さらに食器入れるところも汚くて使えない。清掃料金払ってるのに掃除してないの！？改善されない限り二度と行きたくないそれと電球切れかけてチカチカしてた。

温泉の広さと景観は「最高」でした。 10名以上泊まれる施設ということで選ばせていただきましたが、大人数での飲食ができるスペースが2階にしかなく(キッチンは1階)、食事や飲み物の上げ下ろしにやや苦労しました。駐車場と施設の間が急な坂道になっており、荷物を運ぶのに苦労します。母屋横まで車を横付けできるようにしていただければ…と感じました。雪が降ると目の前の道が凍結しますので、冬季はチェーンの携行か冬用タイヤの装着が必須になります。
