Stayed Mar 8, 2026Check-in was as easy as directed. The house was immaculate. It was a perfect distance from a shopping center, bank and my sons favorite McDonalds. Robert, the host, was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely use this house again as it was only minutes from my sister's place.

The location is only a 15 min walk to the shops (Fry's) & a few minutes to most amenities & short drive to San Tan Mall etc. Host is great also, clear communications, polite & professional.Very familiar with Gilbert, so my pleasure to provide a top recommendation for the place & host.Strong recommendation.

Stayed Jan 28, 2023We just returned from a 63 day stay at this property and everything from the initial contact with Robert (owner) through check-out was smooth with no issues/problems whatsoever. The website pictures are accurate; the home is roomy offering privacy when wanted and the property was super clean which is very important to us. We loved the location as it was close to Gilbert Regional Park for Pickleball, there was a bike trail nearby and it was located near the 202 for easy access to all the golf courses we played. While we did not have many questions for Robert, he was always prompt with replies. We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again. Thanks Robert!

Stayed Dec 26, 2022Great place to stay. My family and I had a great time. The house was very comfortable and had lots of room for all of us 6 adults and 2 kids. Would definitely stay there again.
