Good stay overall. There was just a small carpet nail poking through by one of the bedroom restroom upstairs. Otherwise, our stay was great. It’s self catering, so make sure you bring your own paper towels, trash bags, condiments etc.

This is a great home for larger groups of people. The layout is very sensible. The pool and the outside area was very well kept. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. An overall positive experience.

Great property with lots of space for a big group & loved there were so many bathrooms for each room. Very clean. Outside area with pool & hot-tub were great & plenty of seating.One thing i was surprised about was the lack of things in the house which I believe is a FL thing. You basically get a bath & hair towel per person & bare minimum supplies that we spent the 1st day of our vacation at walmart stocking up. There were no hangers in the closets, coffee filters, spare toilet rolls, or hand towels in the bathroom outside of the towels i mentioned. There was also very little ambient lighting just main very bright lights that we ended up buying some for our stay.Great house but needs more attention to detail to make it more homely & inviting.

Home was just as pictured and very adequate for our family.Host was very prompt with responses and any questions we had.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had lots of room to spread out. Everything we needed to make coffee and breakfast in the morning. We utilized the resorts pool on the quieter days and when it got to busy we came back to the house pool. Easy access to all the fun in and around Orlando. Will definitely stay again when vacationing in the area.

The house was clean and spacious. Although a ton of dishes n glasses it would be easier to cook if they had measuring cups and a few other essentials to make a meal. We made due and still cooked for the family. The master bath was not insulated to the outdoor patio well so it was extremely cold but the owner has been made aware n said he would get that corrected. Response time was reasonable and owner was very accommodating to our requests. The only delay was getting in and out of the neighborhood at times. We tried to figure out peak times but it varied. There is one entrance and if you are on the opposite side of the entrance trying to cross the highway to get in there are so many cars that will go ahead of you bc they are on the same side of the entrance gates.

The host and the house were great. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

We had a fabulous trip and the home was perfect for our family and fur babies. The home was very spacious, clean, and well decorated. The pool and hot tub were amazing after long days in the park. The owner was very responsive and I would definitely stay here again!

House was great looked like the pictures online ,clean stocked with all the items needed to get started,easy entry,a/c worked great over all perfect and the pool and spa were a big hit for family.Very nice open land behind house.We really liked this house and would stay here again .

Great vacation. House was clean and plenty of room for everyone. Only real issue was the ice maker would not dispense ice regularly.

We stayed in this home for our annual family vacation We're a group of 8, ages ranging from 3-75. Everything about this home was beautiful and we enjoyed all of it! There was plenty of space for all of us to do everything together as well as have our own space when we needed it. The resort amenities are amazing as well! Carl was a very helpful host and answered any questions we had throughout the booking process as well as our stay. We will definitely try to book this home again in the future!

Lots of room for everyone to gather together yet room for three separate social areas. Pool, foosball, air hockey and billiards were great and large TV’s available throughout the home. Definitely a good value. Contact with the host was great and the home was very clean and organized. A few upgrades on bedding and carpeting are necessary in the near future.

The house is immaculate and you notice the details, especially cleanliness, right when you walk in. Carl, our property manager, was always quick to respond to any questions and made sure we had all important information before our trip. The community is just as amazing as the home we stayed in. Only small issue was the temperature of the heated pool. We would’ve liked it turned up just a bit but didn’t take away from the experience. We will be booking here again on future trips for sure!
