Stayed Jul 8, 2023The house overall was very nice. The location was great being right across the street from the pool. The communication with the manager, Brandi, was also great. However, some issues never got resolved. The main issue was that the instructions stated that if there was ANYTHING unacceptable, let them know. We arrived Saturday evening and checked everything. The main issue, a wire on one of the batteries on the golf cart was burned through. In addition, there were also some light bulbs burned out, the toilet paper holder in the half bath had a missing screw, the molding on one side of the screen door fell off and hit my son in law, stains on cushion on porch and inside couch, and most of the sleep pillows were very stained. Michelle and her cousin (cleaning service) came over right away and provided what they could plus gave us some towels and blankets, which were not available when we arrived. Brandi was very responsive and indicated that she would get the maintenance man out to fix everything. Unfortunately, the maintenance man did not come until Monday morning, which meant no golf cart for two days. He did fix the golf cart. Also, he went to the hardware store and brought back a screw so my son in law could fix the toilet paper holder. No other issues were fixed. The piece on the screen door fell two more times so we laid it in the corner of porch until we left. The owners are very exact about their rules, which is fine, but they are not good with upkeep.

Stayed Sep 2, 2022We loved the location on the resort and that a golf cart ride took us where ever we wanted! When we ventured off the resort there were good restaurants, things to do, and shopping nearby. The Bungalo was absolutely perfect for us (family of 4) and would have had room for more too! Clean, cute inside and the pool across the street was great! Highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 11, 2022We had a great time, the location was perfect, even though it wasn’t on the beach, it was easy to access the beach. For me it was perfect because of all of the other things that you could do without having to leave the community. It was really perfect for everyone. We had some minor issues with the golf cart but the property manager handled everything great. We would definitely stay again!!
