Your Tropical Paradise with heated saltwater pool

Chris was awesome and the house was too! I'd highly recommend this location for any time you're visiting the Bradenton/Sarasota area. It's really close to IMG and just minutes away from Anna Maria Island.

Great house! Host was very responsive and the house had everything we needed. It was very well equipped - chairs and coolers plus everything you need in the kitchen. Great to have cleaning supplies provided as well. Highly recommend the house. Clean and well maintained. Close to IMG Academy, grocery stores, restaurants, etc

One of the best equipped VRBOs we’ve stayed in. Owner incredibly responsive and ease of check out check in very easy. Convenient location and extra bedroom we did not anticipate. Great stay will come back.

This was the best Vrbo stay we have ever had. We had to come into town very last minute due to a family emergency. The house had everything you could think of and was fully stocked with anything we could have needed. The location was great. The host was extremely accommodating and would even text to just check to see how things were going and if we needed anything. I cannot recommend this enough.

Everything was awesome. Still had to get use to the geckos running around though...lol. Communication was top tier.Definitely booking with them again.

Listing as described. Close to beaches. Heated pool was a highlight for all. House was stocked with everything we needed. Hot tip: If we knew of Detwiler’s Farm Market beforehand, would’ve skipped Publix runs altogether for food. Hope we get to visit back soon.

Excellent cute and simple

So I thought about giving a bad review so this place would be available the next time I came down :) jk. Can’t think of anything negative to say. It was great as the house had lawn chairs and umbrella for the beach, coolers, towels, etc. all we had to do was show up and enjoy our time. Would recommend this place 100%.

Lovely, clean property with four nice bedrooms. Located in a nice neighborhood close to beaches and sites in Sarasota. Beach chairs, towels, toys, and umbrella were an unexpected perk!

Ample room. Home was stocked with just about everything that was needed. Quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located. Saltwater pool was a great plus, much more gentle on your skin!

Perfect set up for families. Chris and Sherry were terrific hosts and answered any questions immediately. We would definitely stay with them again!

The house was very comfortable and clean. The pool is very nice and warm. Everything was clean. This was the best stocked rental I've ever in stayed in. They thought of everything! Recommend.

Super clean house in a quiet neighborhood, but conveniently close to stores. Plenty of space to eat and hang out. The very private heated pool was a delightful way to start the day. The minute we walked in the door we could tell that the owner is considerate and cares about his guests ... he supplies everything. We have no hesitation in renting from Chris in the future.

We had a great time, the heated pool was a huge win, and the owner thought of all the little things that made this day better, like to-go coffee cups, sunscreen right by the pool, etc. we even reignited our love of board games hanging out and playing Yahtzee at night. Great stay!

First of all, Chris was a great communicator. Prompt and helpful!! The house fit our needs with 5 adults each having their own beds. The amenities (grill, enclosed outside seating around the pool, beach chairs, beach towels) were beyond what we expected. Location was perfect for us as we had friends in Long Boat Key and enjoyed going to Sarasota, Lido beach and there was a catholic church near for one of our friends to attend. An easy check-in and check-out process as all we had to do was let Chris know when we arrived and left. Highly recommend if you don't need to be right on the water.

I was happy with the communication with Chris, he always responded quickly. The home was very clean and it had everything we needed for our trip.

We stayed at this property for the month of January. The property was as advertised, it was clean, the pool was warn and we had everything we needed. Close to Anna Marie Island, IMG and downtown Bradenton. Chris is also a great host.

We could not have been happier with our stay! Chris was an amazing host and the property was perfect location and clean. The pool was beautiful and fully stocked with goggles and life jackets for kids. The house was in a great location and stocked with everything you could think of.

We enjoyed our family vacation at this property. It was only 15mins away from Anna Maria Island where we met up with other family for a reunion. The house had everything we needed. It was so nice to have coolers , beach chairs and beach towels provided for the beautiful beaches on the island. My family also enjoyed the pool and cooking on the grill. Communication with the Host was always a quick response. Definitely recommend this property to other renters.

Property was very clean, salt water pool was great, location was central to many things , and the host think of everything for a great stay!

We have an spectacular weekend house completely equipped, super clean the pool was awesome is a very nice home near to the beach, food and stores very nice neighborhood. Pet friendly I stay with my dog also.Communication with the host was excellent very easy access to the house. 100% recommend I will stay for sure again.

The house was exactly as pictured and a quick drive to the beach. The most impressive part was the kindness of the owner. Definitely 10/10. We will absolutely return.
