The space
As you enter the home you are greeted by an 8 foot pool table, dining table open kitchen and bar. Cookware, dishes and silverware are available as well as a coffee pot, stove, oven and dishwasher. You'll find the first bathroom straight ahead followed by 3 bedrooms with the second bathroom located in the master. Off of the kitchen you will find a large den with 2 sofas, 1 of which is a sleeper sofa. The laundry room is located just off of the den. In it you will find a full size washer and dryer along with two bikes that are available for use (bike safety gear not provided). And finally, right outside of the den is the 800 sqf covered patio and a deck. The home also has rv/boat parking. There is a golf course nearby as well as a grocery store, drug store, shopping plaza and restaurants within walking distance.

Guest access
The home is not wheelchair accessible. There is no shared space within this home. You are free to utilize the entire home.

Other things to note
Smoking is not permitted inside of the home however it is ok to smoke on the back patio and deck. Absolutely no drinks or food is allowed on the pool table. Please use the tables and bar for any food or drinks. Pets allowed upon permission, with none refundable deposit. (PETS NOT TO USE BATHROOM ON PROPERTY/NOT ALLOWED ON FUNITURE OR BEDS)
