This was a fantastic rental for my family of four. The location was convenient, the house was great, and the owners were perfectly communicative. Definitely recommend!

This cozy cottage is in an ideal location to visit everything in Holland. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. Kelli is very helpful and responsive to questions and needs. Thank-you for a working washer and dryer with laundry supplies to catch up on some laundry during our long road trip. The listing for this property is very accurate. It's a quaint and comfortable place to stay while visiting Holland and surrounding areas!!

Very charming old home with modern touches. Everything was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the hosts were responsive and great to deal with. Been to Holland a few times, and we found that staying downtown was convenient for us.

It was a lovely home and was just as advertised. Very clean! The home also had many everyday items available for use, which came in handy during our week stay. The hostess was very prompt and polite throughout the process. The location was just a few short blocks from the downtown area. This was very convenient. As a new visitor to Holland, I couldn’t help but notice the poverty gap amongst the community. I did feel safe at the home and liked the high fence in the back and tree line in the front somewhat protecting your privacy. I enjoyed coffee each morning on the front porch.

We really enjoyed our stay!! The house was super cute and immaculate. Hosts were kind and communicative. The beds were even super comfortable and we all slept great which is rare when vacationing with little kids. We’d visit again in a heartbeat!

The hosts were extremely kind and communicative. The house was really nice with everything you need kitchen and bath wise. My kids loved the jet tub! It's located right in town which was perfect for riding our bikes down to the lake, and getting around to anything we wanted to do. Would recommend this home to others!

A very cute home in a historic neighborhood. Close driving distance to restaurants, shops, beach and historical attractions. We appreciated the comfort and was welcoming to dogs.

This home is absolutely gorgeous and can't wait to stay there again. It is in a breathtakingly beautiful neighborhood in the heart of Downtown Holland. The bed was very comfortable and everything was spotless.

This property is a 10-12 minute walk to downtown Holland and was a very convenient location for getting to everything we wanted to do. It was nice not having to deal with parking during a very busy time of year! The home is historic and is darling. We didn't realize that there was only a spiral stair up to the bedrooms, which were difficult for our tiny dog - but kept him from roaming! The second bedroom is also more of a loft, without a door, but was not an issue for our young children. They left Dutch treats for us at check-in as a very thoughtful and fun touch. We enjoyed our stay!

While I was unable to fulfill my stay, Kelli was one of the most accomodating, understanding and kind hosts I've ever interacted with. I fully intend on returning to Holland and staying at this incredible home. The location is so central and Kelli deserves the best customers. Don't hesitate to book a stay with her!

We stayed during tulip time it was so close to 8th street and within walking distance to everything! We enjoyed the grill and outdoor space and had a great stay! It was very clean check in was great! And I would definitely go back!

This home is cozy and ideally situated from everything around Holland. It's less than 15 min from just about everywhere we visited! Walking distance from downtown too. It was the perfect fit for my husband and I, and they had everything we needed. The single bathroom downstairs when the bedrooms are upstairs was a little odd at first but we got accustomed to it pretty quickly especially since we spent most of our time downstairs or out of the house anyway. The owner was very responsive when we had questions!

Great location and good fit for our family of 4. Host left thoughtful decor and gift for Easter. We all loved the piano. Check in easy and communication great with host. Good value for the space. If you are not a fan of spiral staircases or have mobility issues it might not be a great fit for you. Shower a bit hard to keep water in tub and adjust flow of water, but not unexpected in a historic home. Well appointed kitchen with lovely beams. We loved the hyacinth in bloom.

The house was beautiful and the neighborhood it was in was quiet and quaint. It is walking distance to downtown and the aquatic center.

I loved the kitchen and heated floors! The host should add photos of the bath tub because that was a most welcome surprise. Even in the off season, holland is wonderful. Kelli gave us some great tips on local fare

Stocked with most items you would need to make home cooked meals. Very close to downtown. Private house, with a really neat spiral staircase! On our next venture out there, we will certainly see if this house is available.

We celebrated my 63rd bday at this beautiful well taken care of home. It was spotless and so close to everything in Holland, this was probably one of my very favorite places to stay! Very safe neighborhood.

This was the second stay and we will definitely return! Excellent communications and wonderful accommodations for our infant too. We had a much-needed weekend away, and we will book here again for sure!

Very Charming love the decorations and the history

We absolutely loved our stay at the cobblestone cottage! It was the perfect house for me and my friends to stay during a busy wedding weekend. Very close to town, we had fun walking to a few different places.
