Stayed May 25, 2025We had a wonderful stay. The property was as advertised and in the perfect location. We loved being a little off the beaten path but still close to restaurants and shops. It’s just a short walk to the beach. Steve was very responsive. We’ll be back!

Stayed Apr 18, 2025We really enjoyed the townhome! It's in a quiet area that is away from some of the busyness of 30a, but is close enough to drive, bike or even walk to restaurants, shops, etc. The unit was clean, well stocked and had unobstructed views of the gulf. The owner, Steve, was also a pleasure to work with. We would definitely book again!

Stayed Jul 2, 2022We had a great view of the beach from the condo with a very short walk to toes in the sand. The condo was very clean, beds were comfy, beach chairs were available for use, communication with the owner was great; they were very responsive and made themselves available for any questions we may have had. Highly recommend the rental.

Stayed Jun 11, 2022Absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect and had a great view of the beach. We enjoyed being just steps from the beach and also loved having daily coffee/meals on the back deck. The ocean breeze kept the temperature comfortable to sit on the deck and also kept the bugs away. Would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a better option for blackout curtains in the master bedroom. Absolutely not a deal breaker by any stretch….but with the early sunrise in that part of FL, we found ourselves waking up pretty early all week due to the light in the room. Albeit, waking up to that view was incredible….and it gave me the chance to go stake out our spot on the beach early as well.
