Your Private Coastal Escape by the Sea

We stayed for Christmas for 5 days and it was perfect! We loved going in the hot tub at night and enjoying the stars. The garage is full of kids bikes and beach toys, a wagon, double stroller. The views were incredible. Caught crab on the beach at Lawsons. Not even 5 minute walk to Dillon beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. The house has a wonderful energy. The house is just as described. We enjoyed games by the fireplace. We would definitely book again if staying in the area.

We loved the house, stunning views and we will be back! The house has everything that you could possibly need. Quiet setting and we loved to take walks on the beach each day. Gorgeous weather!

Everything about our stay was excellent! Kitchen is well appointed, bedrooms had very nice linens and mattresses, views are incredible. Our grandchildren were delighted to find toys, games and boogie boards for the beach and even bikes! We will book again

We loved our stay at Duncan Dunes! Despite the fog and wind outside, we enjoyed this lovely home so much. Everything was clean, comfortable and in great condition. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This home was very comfortable and close to places where we wanted to hike. The view of the ocean was spectacular!

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean well stocked and close to the beach. My kids came from out of state and loved the beach.

We have stayed at other homes at Dillons and twice now Duncan's Dunes and probably will again mainly because of the easy walk to the beach.

The hot tub was supposed to be the highlight for the kids and both days it wasn’t working.

We had a family “girls” trip to Dillon Beach for 3 days! There were 7 of us aged 83-1 years old. The house was great for the 7 of us. Plenty of space and a short walk to the beach. I plan to book more trips to this house. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed the place. Used the hot tub for getting warm after a cold walk on the beach. Loved the location and all the beds were super comfortable. The little room with the bunk beds is tiny, but our 17 year old had a great night's sleep there.

This home was above the street below, and we could watch the ocean from the huge beautiful picture window! Even took pictures of the granddaughters walking the beach from the back deck. It’s just a short block to walk onto the beach. A hot tub and a fireplace made it perfect! Bed was comfy!

My cousins, sister and I have been coming here for years! We all love it and it is perfect for our group of ladies in our 70s. The only complaint I have is that there is no fence or railing around the back deck, and there is about a 3 foot drop off. We are used to it, but someone could easily fall and get hurt.

We’re a group of cousins and have stayed at this property many times over the years. We have always loved our time here. The home is comfortable and the view of the waves and surfers can’t be beat. We’ll always be back.

We had an amazing time over the weekend, the weather was beautiful! Such an easy short walk to the beach!! The house was very comfortable, plenty of cookware, beach toys available for use! The location is perfect!! Can’t wait to go back!! Would definitely recommend!

Everything was wonderful! My kids enjoyed how close the beach was and I loved being able to hear the waves from this location. We had a few small issues to tend to but the property manager was quick to respond and take care of the issues. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this wonderful home. It allowed us to relax and enjoy quality family time!

Great stay at Dillon beach. Super wonderful property an easy walk to Dillon beach. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. They also had some kids toys that our children loved (and kids life jackets in the garage). They also had a sand wagon that made beach transport easy! We loved our stay and hope to be back!! Only caveat is that on busy holiday weekends the single lane road to Dillon beach gets super backed up it’s hard to get back to the house if you leave. So hit the grocery store first so you can sit and enjoy the beach the whole time!

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is fantastic with a great view. The house is very accommodating and comfortable. We look forward to returning to this lovely house in Dillon Beach soon. The house is close to Lawson’s Landing where we spent fantastic days fishing for Dungeness crabs.

Excellent amenities…. Couldn’t have been any better … really above and beyond…. Location location GREAT!!! Privacy and beauty!! The view of the beach/ ocean were just as described… we really enjoyed our stay. Made nice memories with our family here. Highly recommend!! Would definitely go back.

This is my favorite house in Dillon Beach. It’s comfortable, cozy and in the best location for enjoying the beach activities. Definitely my first choice every time.
